Circuit of the Canal and Stang Luzigou

From Cap Coz to Beg Meil

From the beach of Cap Coz at Pointe de Beg Meil by the coastal path and via new a development on properties that have encroached into the maritime domain.
Discover the semaphore tower and the national dune and then head back by an easier route by small roads and paths that are a little out of the way.
Bénodet Tower

Bénodet, Odet estuary and seaside resort. Follow the estuary and then the beach to reach the tip "Pointe de Bénodet", from where you can see the entire south coast. After passing through the town and its camping areas, return to the marina along "Anse de Penfoul".
Combrit Cove and Lestremeur Site
Circuit through the woodland along the Combrit cove and the banks of the Odet river, passing the Lestremeur site: manor house, dovecote, bread oven...
Return via small roads lined with majestic beech trees.

Castle of Kériolet and pond of Moros

After walking along woodland paths to admire the manor "Manoir de Lestremec", we skirt the pond "Etang du Moulin Neuf".A short detour to enjoy the peace and quiet of the chapel "Chapelle de Kelou Mad" before returning along the greenway.

Around the logging trails of Aulne by the Vieux-Bourg

Make your way gently along the the Aulne following the logging trail. Views over the lock keepers’ houses located on the other side. Passage through the Vieux-Bourg and its St-They church, the birthplace of the parish of Lothey until 1846.
Anse de Tréfeuntec route

This route can be split into two complementary loops:- the first part follows the coastal path through the "Pointe de Tréfeuntec".- the second crosses the dune belt to reach the chapel "Chapelle Sainte-Anne La Palud".In both cases, beautiful views over the bay "Baie of Douarnenez".
Bois d'Amour and Bord de l'Aven

In the footsteps of "Gauguin at Nizon" (Christ Vert or "Green Christ") and Trémalo chapel (Christ Jaune or "Yellow Christ")The route follows the forest "Bois d'Amour" and Aven River banks.Return along country paths.
Kervijen Cove Circuit

Coastal circuit overlooking the bay of Douarnenez, passing by the Kervijen reed beds.The best time to see the dune flowers is May-June.
Warning : GR® prohibited between (S/E) and (1) since March 2021. Study in progress, but no information on site.Possible detour via the place called "Le Marrou" (mountain bike trail).
Ménez-Hom circuit

Hike to the summit of Ménez-Hom (330 m), the highest point of the Montagnes Noires in Brittany.
Great views of Douarnenez Bay, the Crozon peninsula and the Aulne maritime.
A mecca for model aircraft enthusiasts.
The village of thatched cottages at Kerascoët, starting from Anse de Rospico

On the way there and back, this circuit follows the coastal path around the Anse de Rospico. Inland, you can admire small villages with their old bread ovens. Kerascoët, the village of thatched cottages, will delight photographers. Don't forget the fountains that dot the route and the Chapel of Trémorvézen.
