Car park opposite the Ria de la Forêt-Fouesnant.
Yellow and blue markings
(S/E) Leave the car park and take the path that runs along the ria on the La Forêt-Fouesnant side (town hall). Follow this path, which passes below the "Notre-Dame Izel Vor" school, go past a sports ground and you will come to a car park. Follow the street that runs along the cove; there is a designated footpath for pedestrians.
GR®34 markings: White and red (not very visible)
(1) Turn left with the markings to reach the footbridge crossing the inlet. Cross and then turn right to reach the harbour entrance (view of Pointe de Cap Coz).
(2) Continue along the marina, past the harbour master's office to the end of the harbour.
(3) Continue along the top of the beach, which goes around the sailing school, then turn left at a stone jetty. Continue along the top of Kerliven Beach or lower down depending on the tide. To make walking in the sand a little easier, you can follow the edge of the pine trees in some places. Pass the "Les Boucaniers" café and arrive at Impasse des Sables, which opens onto the beach.
No signposts
(4) Turn left into this cul-de-sac, then turn left at the end into Rue Menez Moor and you will arrive at a roundabout. Turn right and take the path that runs alongside this road. Pass another roundabout.
(5) Turn left to cross the hamlet of Gouerou and, at the end of the street, continue into the woods along the path that runs alongside the golf course.
(6) Follow the path on the right between the estuary on the left and the golf course on the right, then continue along the street that leads to the golf course manor house. At the end, turn left onto the esplanade that leads to the car park (S/E).
