Departure: Place de la Baie in La Forêt-Fouesnant.
(S/E) From the car park, turn left and then right onto Route de Mesmeur, which leads to the Odet golf course. After the entrance to the course, continue along the path that runs alongside Anse de la Forêt-Fouesnant.
(1) When you see the boats, turn left into the woods onto the path that runs alongside the golf course and go through a gate. Then turn right to cross the hamlet of Gouerou and reach Route de Kerleven. Follow the path on the right that runs alongside this road and then Rue de la Mer to reach the beach.
(2): Turn right to skirt the beach and continue along the path that leads to the Port-La Forêt harbour basin. Walk along the various pontoons, then turn left to reach the harbour entrance.
(3) Complete the circular, turn left towards the lock and footbridge and cross it.
(4): Near a parking area, first turn right then left to take the road leading up to the hamlet of Stang Al Lestrec (do not continue left along the road that runs alongside the sea).
(5): When you reach Rue de la Haie (Stop sign), turn right, then left and right again to take Chemin de Pouljigou. Follow this road until you reach Route de Prat Ar zant, which descends to the left.
(6) At the end of this road, near a wash house, turn right onto the wide wooded path and follow it until you reach Anse de Penfoulic.
(7) Continue along the coastal path that runs alongside and around the cove (leaving the dyke on your right). Beautiful view of Pointe de Cap Coz.
(8) Return along Anse de Port-la-Forêt via a small, safe road (view of the entire nautical centre). Pass the old port and the footbridge you already crossed.
(9) At a small car park, leave the road that climbs towards the church and follow the path on the right, which passes below the École Notre-Dame Izel Vor school and leads to the car park (S/E).
