Access: From Quimper, take the D15 towards Coray. At the large Croas Spern roundabout, turn left towards Odet-Lestonan and drive through the village. Pass all the old paper mills and park just before a bridge on a large grassy area near the indoor tennis court building.
(S/E) With your back to the car park, join the path that runs along the left bank of the River Odet. The path winds its way through the trees while staying close to the water.
(1) Further on, you will walk along the leat that used to supply water to the old paper mills.
(2) Cross the footbridge over the Odet to climb up to the left. Walk about 700 metres there and back to discover the Chapel of Kreïsker (Saint-Corentin) by following theGR®®38markings.
On your return, cross the other footbridge over the old canal.
Mountain bike trail markers 12 - 10 - 9
Look for a MTB 12 - 10 - 9 signpost and take the stony path opposite that goes uphill. At the first three-way junction (signpost), turn left and follow the Chemin de Coat Piriou, which runs along the edge of the woods. You will come to a small road at a place called Coat Piriou. Note the old bread oven on your left. Continue along this road uphill. Ignore the sign for Pratiles on your left.
(3) Shortly afterwards, ignore the path on the right, which you will take on the way back. At the crossroads, turn left at the sign for Pont Saint-Éloi (not shown on the IGN map).
No signposts
Leave the access road to a house, go around the beautiful private property on the left and continue along the wide path called Hent Karaez. Follow it to the next road, where you turn right. Note the sign here indicating that a buzzard nests in the area and defends its territory during the nesting season. Pass the old Kergoant farm, where tasteful lodges have been built.
(4) At the next three-way junction, turn right and follow the Route de Créa'h Ergué, ignoring a road on the left. At this beautiful property, look for an old bread oven on the left. Follow the road on the right (signposted Pont Saint-Éloi, Pratilès, Coat Piriou).
(3) About 200 metres after the crossroads, at the VTT12 signpost, turn left and follow the signs for Hent Karaez.

. Follow this path bordered by woods on the right and fields on the left. Continue to the signpost marked "Histoire d’arbres et de papier" (History of trees and paper) + VTT 10.
No signpost
(5) Turn left and follow this sunken path where the rock is exposed in places. Descend to the road.
Yellow markings
Turn right. Turn right to cross the hamlet of Quillihouarn, where you can see a beautiful bread oven being restored. Return to the road that descends towards a stream and, at Kerho, turn left at the barrier to enter the Kerho Arboretum.
(6) Follow the wide descending path, ignore the first path on the right marked with a yellow cross and reach a large wooden gate protecting a pond (on the Odet). Turn right and go back up along the plantations of various species of oak. Follow the yellow markings.
(7) You will reach the exit gate opposite Impasse de Kerho (rubbish container at the side of the road). Follow this path, which is initially accessible to vehicles but then becomes blocked. Join Route de Keranguéo, which leads to a car park (not shown on the map). There are picnic tables on this large esplanade.
Turn right and follow the path, which is still marked in yellow.
No markings
(8) Look for a mountain bike sign on a tree on the right and turn left despite the yellow cross. Let the path descend straight ahead and turn left at the first three-way junction. Follow this wide path through the woods, which leads to a steep staircase. Do not take it, but continue along the wide path on the hillside.
(9) At the first intersection, turn right to follow the path down towards the houses of Stang Luzigou. At this point, turn right and descend to Chemin de L'écluse, where you will find theGR®38at a calvary.
GR® 38: White and red.
(10) Turn left onto this small road, pass the information board and the fountain to return to the car park on the right (S/E).
