Double circular loop via the Seilh footbridge
Here is a route consisting of two circular loops linked by a footbridge crossing the Garonne. The start and finish are in Seilh, near Toulouse, and can be reached either by car (car-sharing car park less than 100 m away) or by public transport from any station in the city of Toulouse (Aussonnelle bus stop less than 100 m away). The route is flat, mostly along shaded paths and often close to the water. It is therefore a typical family walk, but with plenty of charm, particularly when crossing the Garonne on the footbridge.

Circular Blagnac
Blagnac (Blanhac in Occitan) is a French commune located in Haute-Garonne in the Occitanie region.
The town is known for its airport, its aeronautical museums, its Odyssud theatre, and also for the Blagnacais, its large Ramiervc v park on the banks of the Garonne, where it is nice to meet up with friends and family for a picnic.
The Canal Latéral à la Garonne between Gagnac and Fenouillet
A country walk takes you to the towpath of the canal alongside the Garonne, then along the edge of Lac du Bocage. On the farm track, you will see an old dovecote, unfortunately in poor condition. At the edge of the canal, you may encounter ducks and, in fine weather, pleasure boats. Along Lac du Bocage, you may meet fishermen and sometimes rowing races.
Along the Garonne between Gagnac and Seilh
For a country walk along the banks of the Garonne and Aussonnelle rivers. This route is suitable for walking, jogging or mountain biking.

Starting from the Léguevin skate park, this circular route takes you to the Bouconne forest via the town's green spaces.
Toulouse left bank: Jardins du Barry, Cartoucherie and Saint-Cyprien
Stroll along the left bank of Toulouse and discover the city's new developments on a former industrial site. Green spaces have been created to provide shade and coolness in summer. The route is safe and away from traffic. The walk continues towards the historic district and ends at Saint-Cyprien.
The banks of the Touch from Plaisance to Saint-Martin du Touch
This long walk along the Touch, between the river, lakes, woods and meadows, is very pleasant, varied, often shaded and well laid out. It can also be done by bike. And, of course, you can walk shorter sections.
Les Sept Deniers
This walk starts at the Tisséo Canal du Midi station (line B, 15, 70) on Boulevard de la Marquette in front of the General Council, then heads towards the Sept Deniers district along the canal. The return route follows the Garonne embankment and the Canal de Brienne to reach Compans Cafarelli (line B, 45, L1, L14). Bike stations are available at the start and finish.

Garonne and Canal du Midi via the Toulouse cable car
The opening of the Téléo cable car in May 2022 will allow you to make a beautiful circular route along the Garonne and then the Canal du Midi, while providing a view of the city of Toulouse and the Pyrenees.
The entire first section, from (1) to (5), is in full sun in the morning.
Metro line B, for alternative departures, leaves the landmarks (4) and (8).
Please note that the use of the cable car introduces a bias in the Visorando technical data sheet: the elevation gain is very low and the hike is only about 12 km long, taking 2½ to 3 hours on foot.

A short stroll through the heart of Saint-Sauveur, a small, peaceful village with authentic charm. The panoramic viewpoint on Place Monriquet (town hall) offers a view of several church spires in the surrounding area: can you recognise them?
Circular north of Larra.
On the west bank of the Save, a passageway through the Pyrenees, marked by evidence of ancient occupation: carved and polished stones, jewellery, coins from the Gallo-Roman period.
In the 12th century, Larra became an agricultural estate owned by the Cistercian abbey of Grandselve. The fairs in Grenade allowed the farmers of Larra to sell their produce. The Avocat dairy farm produced wine that rivalled the best vintages of Fronton. In 1955, Larra became an independent commune.
From the Oncopôle cable car station to the Portet ferry
A short walk starting from the Téléo Oncopôle station towards the Portet ferry, taking the Via Garona and then following the Garonne. You can reach the starting point by taking metro line B to Paul Sabatier station, then taking the cable car to the Oncopôle terminus.
