(2) Turn left towards the south-east and follow the banks of the Garonne to the Pont de Blagnac bridge. Before the bridge, take the roundabout on the left. Go up and follow the pavement.
(3) Take the cycle path that starts on the left and follow it all the way.
(4) At the end of the cycle path, turn left onto the pedestrian crossing and cross the road.
Follow the wide cycle and pedestrian path to the left. After 200 metres, it turns right and arrives at a traffic light.
Use the pedestrian crossing to cross the road and follow Chemin de la Glacière, which is lined with a cycle path and pavements. When you reach the bend, continue straight ahead into the cul-de-sac, which leads to a car park.
(5) A passage on the right allows you to pass under the ring road. At the tunnel exit, turn left onto the path that leads to the canal.
(6) Follow the towpath to the left, passing under a first bridge, then a second bridge under the ring road.
(7) Before the Rupé bridge, turn left, cross the passageway and take the path to the left. At the end of the path, cross and walk along the car park to reach the dirt track that goes around the lake.
(8) Take this path southwards, to the left. Pass by a fountain and follow the path to the end of the lake. When you reach a fork, take the left-hand path which climbs uphill. Once at the highest point, follow the path on the left which leads to the car park at the start (S/E).
