Park in the Lac de Breguessou car park opposite No. 24 Chemin de Perruquet in Saint-Jory.
(S/E) Leave the car park onto Chemin de Perruquet, follow the road to the right and take thefirst left (cross). After 300 m, at the fork, turn left and continue along the road for about 600 m, then turn left again at a place called La Burte.
(1) At thefirst bend, leave the road and continue straight ahead on the grassy path to reach Chemin de la Rivière. Cross a road, continue straight ahead on the path opposite and follow it to the end.
(2) At the end of the path, turn left and continue to the Méandre de Port Haut car park.
(3) Follow the path to the left to go around the backwater of the Garonne and arrive at an intersection.
(4) Turn left and follow the path for a long way, going up the course of the Garonne. The path follows the course of the river more or less closely and eventually crosses a wood.
(5) At the edge of the woods, take the path on the left, leaving the river, and continue to Chemin de la Rivière.
Follow the road on the right for about 800 metres, finally running alongside the fence that borders the lake.
(6) At the corner of the fence, take the gravel path on the left and follow it along the fence until you reach the road. Turn left, pass the entrance to the Domaine de Borde Blanque and follow the road. At the stop sign, turn left again, then left again to pass the entrance gate to the Chapelle du Beldou.
(7) Continue straight ahead and, at thefirst crossroads, take a sharp right turn. Continue for about 200 metres and take the path on the left that runs alongside the lake and takes you back to your starting point (S/E).
