Moulin du Saut and Moulin de Tournefeuille mills

Four villages, two castles and a river

Four villages, each with its own unique character:

- Larnagol, nestled in a hollow in the cliff
- La Toulzanie, a troglodyte village
The River Lot flows between these four villages, with a path climbing up the cliff on the left bank and remaining on the plain on the right bank.
The banks of the Lot in Saint-Cirq-Lapopie
This walk allows you to discover Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, the River Lot and its towpath, then the limestone plateau above the village. I also suggest a shorter alternative route.
Circuit of wells and wash houses from Aujols

Wells, wash houses, gariottes (dry stone shepherd's huts), abbey ruins, remains of a fortification and a cluster of old rural houses are the main attractions of this rich and varied walk, which is very typical of the Lot region's heritage.
Loop above the meanders of the Lot between Saint-Géry and Vers

This hike, along cliff-top paths, offers superb views of several meanders of the Lot, which you will cross. Several small locks are used by pleasure boats. The descent to Vers allows you to discover the village and its river of the same name with its port at the confluence with the Lot.
The Chemin du Bout du Monde in Larnagol

This beautiful hike will take you past the stunning Font Nègre spring to the Bout du Monde (End of the World) viewpoint, which offers magnificent views.

Saint Cirq Lapopie From La Truffière campsite in Bouziès towpath

Eight-shaped loop through the Cirque de Vènes and the village of Saint-Cirq-Lapopie. Remarkable towpath to Bouziès, then return via the Causse and the Chemin de Croix.
Payrols Circuit

Circuit between the Lot valley, combes and viewpoint over the village of Albas.
Saint-Sozy - Blanzaguet loop overlooking the Dordogne

A beautiful walk along the Dordogne and the surrounding cliffs. The start and finish are in the picturesque village of Saint-Sozy. The outward journey is along the cliff overlooking the Dordogne and offers magnificent views of Belcastel, Lacave, Le Bougayrou and Saint-Sozy. The return trip from the pretty village of Blanzaguet offers access to numerous caves before reaching the banks of the Dordogne, where you can take a dip.
Loop between Martel and Gluges

A botanical trail dotted with rock gardens and cliffs overlooking the Dordogne, with the superb hamlet of Gluges, built partly into the rock, halfway along the route.

Come and discover the dolmen hike on the Causse de Saint-Chels, in the heart of the Causses du Quercy Regional Nature Park.

This day hike allows you to discover the Gouffre de Padirac and the listed villages of Loubressac and Autoire. From the promontory, you can enjoy a splendid view of the valley.

This circuit in the hills above the Lot Valley offers numerous viewpoints and a chance to discover the landscapes of the Causse.
On the cliffs of the Célé, starting from Espagnac-Sainte-Eulalie
Between Figeac and its confluence with the Lot, the Célé river crosses a limestone plateau. It winds its way between cliffs offering stunning views of the valley. This hike follows part of the river's course. The elevation gain on this walk will delight the more athletic, but it can also be easily split into two to suit everyone.
From the Cornus rock to Trou Madame

This circular walk, proposed by the Association 'les pierres vivent' and the commune of Cénevières, winds its way from the valley to the causse, sometimes along small wild paths, sometimes along wider paths, and very few roads.
Along the way, you will discover fountains, caselles, dovecotes, chapels and wash houses, as well as the Trou Madame spring and the château, which is open to visitors
Al Tuc de Bélaye

A pretty 12 km trail, almost entirely in the woods, which is pleasant in summer. There aren't many viewpoints, but this circuit allows you to discover the pretty village of Grézels and, once you reach Le Tuc, you can see the Lot river below.

A lovely hike beginning at the viewing point of the Cascade d'Autoire and the Château des Anglais and which, at the halfway point, crosses the Marais de Bonnefont.
