Departure from the village of Saint-Chels
(S/E) Head towards the village hall and turn onto the first path on the left before the village hall to reach a crossroads.
(1) At the crossroads, continue straight ahead downhill. In the hamlet of Mas del Rau, take the tarmac road on the left.
(2) After the dovecote, turn left, then immediately take the small path on the right and continue straight ahead.
(3) At the spring, turn right, then at the crossroads, follow the road opposite towards Mas del Bosc.
(4) 100 metres further on, there is a dolmen on the right-hand side of the road. Follow the path, cross the farm and at the crossroads take the path opposite which leads downhill. Viewpoint over the Tirondel Valley.
(5) After a stone wall, take the path on the right.
(6) 450 metres further on, there is another dolmen, marked 80 metres to the right. Follow the dead-end path. Return to the path and turn right for a few metres.
(7) On the right, take the main path along the ridge for about 1.8km, ignoring the other paths on both the right and left. At the crossroads, go straight ahead on a slight incline until you reach the tarmac road.
(8) At the crossroads, there is a Roman well on the left, set back on private property. Follow the road to the D82, walk along it for 20 metres and take the first path on the right.
(1) Take the path on the left and follow the same path as on the way out to return to the village (S/E).
