Park in the car park of the Labastide-Murat sports complex.
(S/E) Orange markings. Starting from the sports complex, walk up the road for about 30 metres and turn right onto the dead-end road. Then turn left and right to join the D17, which you take to the right.
(1) Turn left at the corner of the medical centre to join the D677, which you follow to the left.
(2) Cross opposite the police station and follow the path.
(3) Before the spring, follow the valley to the left to the hamlet of Fargues.
(4) Cross the hamlet to reach Pébérou (leave the orange markings that you have been following since the start). Turn right and continue along the path until you reach a road.
(5) At the road, turn right and then left at thethird path until you reach the D17.
(6) Do not take the D17, follow the path towards the mill until you reach the three-way junction of Fontgrand and turn right at a right angle to reach Soulomès.
(7) Cross the D17 and the village to reach La Glandelette. Continue straight on the road until you reach the path on the left.
(8) Take this path, which becomes a trail, and continue until you reach a road.
(9) Go up the road on the right, which you will quickly leave at the bend to take a wide path on the left that winds down to the old pumping station. The path then climbs back up to Soyris.
(10) Stay on the main path to reach the centre of Labastide-Murat.
(1) After crossing the shaded square and the D677, return by the same route you took at the start (S/E).
