From the Conservatory Orchard to the oak groves of La Grésigne, walkers will follow the path the entire way. The Audoulou stream runs alongside parts of the route, providing welcome refreshment in summer. Some effort will be required as the route alternates between ascents and descents with very few flat sections.

From Larroque, a pretty village with a beautiful red ochre cliff in the background, we cross Mespel and Puycelsi for a lovely walk through the woods. Along the way, you can see beautiful buildings and local heritage sites.

This is a beautiful route combining countryside, valleys and forests. Nothing but trails in unspoilt countryside. There are a few challenging climbs, but they are very rewarding and everyone will appreciate them for what they are.

A beautiful hike to discover two picturesque villages in the Tarn: Larroque and Puycelci, a medieval fortress that is also one of the most beautiful villages in France.

A beautiful route through the countryside, valleys and forests, leading from Larroque to Puycelsi via Mespel and La Grésigne. Almost entirely on trails, in unspoilt natural surroundings. Some effort is required on a few climbs, but nothing that a motivated walker can't handle.

Starting from the hamlet of Saint-Martin d'Urbens, this hike alternates between beautiful passages in the woods and more open sections on the limestone plateau, offering beautiful views of the Vère valley. Two-thirds of this loop trail is off the beaten track and unmarked, making it ideal for hikers who enjoy peace and quiet in unspoilt, wild countryside.

The Lagarde Castle Trail offers unspoilt landscapes and lush greenery. Running alongside rivers, crops and meadows, crossing streams and brooks, this enchanting trail will take you to the Vère-Grésigne leisure centre.

A route for skipping merrily across streams and admiring the scenery from above! Fed by the Garonne, the Tarn flows gently through the surrounding countryside. This long walk takes you along its banks, with hillsides offering exceptional views and shady valleys with discreet streams. Due to bad weather, the route along the stream has been badly damaged after the (6) (after crossing the D29). However, it remains accessible if you take care.

Between the Tarn and Dadou valleys, this is a beautiful hike in the hills of Parisot. On a clear day, there is a beautiful view of the Pyrenees at the end of Chemin de la Brogne. The hike is marked in yellow and maintained by the Association du Patrimoine de la commune de Parisot (Parisot Heritage Association).

A circuit from Bruniquel to Montricoux through the Aveyron valley, which will take you back via the heights overlooking the valley you have just crossed. Beautiful wild trails and a beautiful view of Bruniquel on the opposite side of the river.

Just a few minutes from the centre of Gaillac, this is a peaceful walk, ideal for a half-day outing. The circuit passes through unspoilt countryside where vineyards, meadows and small woods share the space. In this landscape of rolling hills and valleys, a few beautiful houses and wine estates dot the route. Not to mention the views of the Montagne Noire and the Pyrenees on a clear day to top it all off.

A hike between vineyards and hills which enables you to discover a gently undulating landscape where pretty small villages and lovely dovecotes, enhanced by their careful restoration, nestle. The Château-Musée du Cayla which is located on the walk could also provide amateur historians and literature buffs with a splendid cultural stopover, following in the footsteps of Maurice and Eugénie de Guérin, whose correspondence is still famous.

This is an easy hike, ideal for a half-day, which allows you to discover the beautifully restored houses of two small villages and takes you through hills and valleys, ending with a walk through part of the Gaillac vineyards.

From the rock village of Penne, the circuit takes hikers to the Suquets viewpoint. Countryside and forests share the multifaceted landscape of limestone cliffs. Steep climbs and descents will delight the more athletic walkers. The end of the route is a peaceful walk along the Aveyron river before a final short climb at the foot of the village.

A beautiful rollercoaster route in the heart of nature. From woodland to plateaus, you will walk along paths on either side of the Aveyron between two remarkable medieval villages. The outward journey takes you along unmarked but easily recognisable paths that are rarely used. The return journey is entirely on theGR®46trail, marked in red and white, and is easy to follow.

This walk offers beautiful 360° views from the Chemin de Ronde de Montjoire. Explore this town, a stronghold of the Cathar resistance, as you walk through fields and along ridge paths.

From the banks of the Aveyron, this hike offers a breath of fresh air to those who enjoy walking in the woods and provides some lovely views along the way. At the start, the Rocher de Suquets offers a beautiful viewpoint over the fortified site of Penne and, on the way back, the descent to the hamlet of Amiel provides lovely views of the cliffs of the Gorges de l'Aveyron.

This hike in the Vaour region, between Quercy and Albigeois, alternates between Celtic and Roman paths in a Causse landscape dotted with dolmens and numerous fountains. Several pretty villages: Saint-Michel-de-Vax, Roussayrolles and Peyralade have remarkable buildings. A lovely walk in the Tarn countryside with a Tuscan feel. Beautiful views and two chapels to see along the way. Yellow signposts. Please note that changes are pending. Moderator's note 10 May 2024 Official modification of the route between point (12) and point (13) with new signage. Do not take the path towards the Bruguière farm. From point (12), follow the Sainte-Cécile road, pass the path leading to the farm but continue on the Sainte-Cécile road until you return to point (9). From the point (9), turn right onto the Pébrines road. When you reach the fork, take the right-hand branch. Continue until you reach the point (13).

A bucolic walk in the heart of the Fronton AOP. You will go from valley to valley through vineyards and forests. You will enjoy magnificent views of the Girou valley with the Pyrenees as a backdrop and a panoramic view of the Tarn valley from Rabastens to Montauban. The circuit is marked by 13 scent markers featuring the aromas of Fronton wines. Can you recognise them all?

This pleasant loop in the Cordais hills, between vineyards and woods, allows you to discover a unique geological feature (the rougiers) and beautiful views of the villages of Cordes and Tonnac. The hike was created by the Tarn department and marked by volunteers from the FFRandonnée.

Near Cordes-sur-Ciel, a small village awaits you to discover its history and its Merovingian necropolis. Along the paths and small roads, you can take part in an interactive treasure hunt. The safe and its secret await you.

A few kilometres north of Toulouse, you can enjoy a lovely route through the woods, perfect for jogging, trail running or hiking.
