Start from the car park at the junction of the main street and the Villemur road.

(S/E) From the car park, head towards Villemur on the D22.
(1) At the presbytery, turn right onto Rue Marius Cazeneuve, then left onto Chemin du Lavoir. Walk along the park, past the wash house and across the Souet.
(2) Shortly after crossing the bridge, keep left and take the wide grassy track straight ahead, following it for about 2 km. There is a steep incline at the start of the track for 200 m. Take the small path parallel to the track on the left to enjoy the view over the valley.
(3) At the end of the track, pass the small Croix de Peyre and continue straight ahead on the road (D87d) for 1.2 km.
(4) Turn right onto Impasse du Praunel. The track turns into a path that descends through the woods. Leave a track that climbs back up to the plateau on your right and continue downhill.
(5) At the bottom of the track, which becomes tarmac, keep to the right, following the house on the corner, and turn sharply left onto the D87 (Chemin du Tire-Crabe) to join the D61.
(6) Turn right onto the D61 and follow it for 600 metres.
(7) Turn right onto Chemin du Cimetière. Pass the cemetery and, at the intersection in the woods, turn left to return to the wash house. The path leads out onto a meadow. Continue straight ahead to the housing estate, then continue straight ahead when you reach the road.
(2) Continue along the road and cross the Souet again. Pass the wash house again and return to the starting point (S/E).
