Mours-Saint-Eusèbe walks

A lovely walk around Mours-Saint-Eusèbe along small roads, paths and tracks, crossing the River Savasse, and discover the ponds reserved for fishing but which are also a lovely spot to sit and relax for a while.

This hike starting from Peyrins takes you up the first (gentle) slopes of the Drôme des Collines, through varied countryside. Given the terrain, walkers can enjoy beautiful views of the west and then the east of the region.

Between the Benedictine Abbey of Triors and the Chapel of Gillons, you may encounter monks who also enjoy the tranquillity of these paths, which pass by beautiful walnut groves and close to the foothills of the Drôme hills.

The Tour de Montmiral walk.

This easy walk in the hills above Chatuzange offers beautiful views of the countryside and the foothills of the Vercors and surrounding villages. There are options to shorten the loop.

A short route offering a taste of the main types of trails found in the Drôme des Collines: sand, gravel, woodland, valleys... The two main climbs are relatively steep and lead to some lovely views.

This route runs alongside the Herbasse for much of the way, passing through gardens, fields and woods, and reaches Lac de Champos, its campsite and leisure centre, avoiding tarmac as much as possible. It ends at the charming little Parc Georges Bert.

This short family bike ride (all types of bikes) takes you on a complete tour of the municipality of Chatuzange-Le-Goubet, covering approximately 25 km. This route takes you along small municipal roads and will take you through the eight main roads that enter the villages indicated by the signs. There are no particular difficulties. It allows you to discover the countryside surrounding this municipality.

This easy walk will take you from the village of Parnans to the Route des Crêtes, where you will have beautiful views of the Royans, the Vercors and its chain of peaks as far as Veymont, the Isère valley, as well as a view to the west towards the Rhône valley and the Ardèche.

A short, easy circuit with beautiful views of the foothills of the Vercors

This hike on the borders of the Drôme offers a magnificent viewpoint at its highest point with a panoramic view of the Vercors mountain range, the Roman plain and the Ardèche mountains.

From Charmes-sur-l'Herbasse, a short circuit passes by the Château de Charmes, a private property that is open to visitors, then winds pleasantly through the woods with a few views of the surrounding hills.

An unusual hike starting from the village of Meymans, along the ridge at the start with a return via the Ravin des Combes.Important: the passage through the ravine is quite technical and unmarked. Follow the path that seems obvious on either side of the small stream, which can be a little difficult to cross after heavy rain.

This walk will take you around the area of Saint-Mamans and Rochefort Samson, with lovely views of Mount Mussan. You’ll see plenty of farm animals: sheep, pigs, goats, cows and donkeys. Please note that part of the route is on small tarmac roads, though they are quiet.

This hike is a variation of Château Gaillard to Saint-Mamans. It is a little more challenging, a little longer and has fewer tarmac roads. But it still offers beautiful views of the Musans mountains and the Valence plain.
