Car park at the Pont de Chabran.

(S/E) From the car park, set off along the gravel track. At Les Bâties, head straight up and then turn right. Join the road and continue to Balayer.
(1) Turn right, head towards the Les Pinates junction and turn left. About 500m further on, take the wide track on the left, then leave it to turn right at the Bois de Bard crossroads.
(2) Carry on along the path on the right and start heading downhill to a wide track, then on to the Biquet farm.
(3) Turn left, then cross the D121 to take the wide path opposite: watch out for cars! Go round the ‘stock car’ track, then head up into the woods.
(4) At the top, walk along the right-hand side of the meadow and continue along the path on the mountainside until you reach the road.
(5) Turn right onto the road that goes round the castle. At the first houses, take the small path that branches off to the right at the hairpin bend. Follow the road to the right until you reach the D67.
(6) Turn right onto it towards the village: watch out for cars!
(7) 150 metres after the roundabout, turn left to go through a housing estate, then continue along the path. Turn right between the fields, then right again onto the path.
(8) Turn left onto the D121: watch out for cars! Just after the bridge, take the wide path on the right until you reach the road.
(9) Turn right onto the road and follow it for just under 900m.
(10) Turn right onto the wide track. When you reach a hut, turn right and continue until you reach a road.
(11) Turn right onto the D53 to reach Saint-Donat-sur-l’Herbasse: watch out for cars!
(12) At the roundabout, turn right onto the D67, which climbs towards Lac de Champos: watch out for cars! Return to the Pont de Chabran car park (S/E).
