Park in the car park at Triors Abbey, in front of the gate.
(S/E) Take the grassy path that starts next to the lamppost with a wooden post. The path becomes paved and then sandy.
At the first road, continue straight ahead on Chemin Planchatel towards Les Beugnets (see sign). Continue for about 500 metres on the sandy path until you reach the paved road Chemin des Combes (wooden cross).
(1) Follow this road to the left for 15 metres. Then turn right onto Montée du Séchoir, an uphill, stony path.
At the top of the hill, near a farm building, turn right onto the grassy path and follow it for about 500 metres through the fields.
(2) Between two large trees, you will reach a paved road (bend and houses). Turn right onto the paved road and continue for 600 metres, then keep to the right. Ignore a road on the right and continue to an intersection with a path coming from the left.
(3) Keep right, follow the road for about 350 metres, then turn right onto Chemin de Bel Air.
(4) At the end of the road, when you reach a gate about 20 metres on your right, continue straight ahead (do not go towards the gate) and follow the walnut tree field. After 150 metres, you will see a small signpost marked "Le Châtelar". Continue along the road towards Les Bayaux, follow a peach orchard and then, a little further on, at a solitary oak tree, continue straight ahead. You will reach a road at Les Bayaux.
(5) Turn right onto this road and, 200 metres further on, after the houses, turn right towards Triors. After 100 metres, turn left onto Chemin du Midi and then, a little further on, turn right onto Traverse de Mallens.
Pass a farm and, when you reach the road, turn left for 80m and then right to return to the abbey car park (S/E).
