The castle tour starting from Bierville
This circular route starts in the village of Bierville and crosses the Normandy countryside with views of valleys, woods and meadows. Along the way, youwill pass four châteaux (Bierville, Mondétour, Fontaine-Châtel, Montlambert), discover old mills, evidence of the local heritage, which add a touch of elegance to the route, and enjoy panoramic views of the Crevon valley. An ideal outing combining nature, history and the pleasure of walking.
Andelle Valley between Nolléval and Le Boulay
You start from the old Noléval station, on the former secondary line from Charleval to Serqueux. After walking along the Andelle river, which winds its way through the valley, you can enjoy a balcony overlooking the valley. This walk, which is accessible to children aged three and above, offers beautiful views of the valley and allows you to admire some of the region's traditional buildings.
(!) Following the storm of 2025, do not venture into this part of the forest while it is closed by the ONF.
Countryside, river and valleys in Nolléval
Hike along the Andelle, winding through fields, surrounded by valleys in vast natural spaces. Numerous panoramic views punctuate this route, as well as a pretty castle with its outbuildings, dovecote and the ever-present Andelle river.
Walk in the heart of Saint-Saëns
Starting from Place Maintenon, on the church square overlooking the Dillard fountain. Take the roads and paths through the village to discover the allotments, enjoy the panoramic view and cross the edge of the forest. Ideal for crossing the Varenne and discovering the many bridges.
Along the two rivers, the Crevon and the Héron
Starting from the pretty village of Ry, where the Crevon river meanders, this hike through the rolling countryside offers beautiful views.The route takes you through hamlets and woods, with river crossings adding extra charm to this route.
Le Puits Merveilleux and Les Carcahoux from Saint-Saëns
Starting from Saint-Saëns, a lovely trail through the heart of the beech forest of Eawy to discover the Puits Merveilleux, the schoolchildren's trail, the Carcahoux camp and the village of Les Ventes Saint-Rémy.
Circular between Ry and Martainville-Épreville
A beautiful circular walk starting from Ry, a charming Norman village, offering a pleasant mix of country lanes, woodland paths and quiet roads. The route crosses the Crevon Valley, with green landscapes typical of the Pays de Bray. The passage through Martainville-Épreville is a highlight of the walk, thanks in particular to the view of the Château de Martainville, a remarkable Renaissance building surrounded by its park. The paths alternate between shaded sections and more open areas, ideal for enjoying the peace and quiet and rural panoramas.
Circular in Ry via Saint-Denis-le-Thiboult
A beautiful circular walk starting from Ry, in the heart of the Crevon valley. The route first passes through the charming village, then along paths lined with meadows and hedgerows. The route then joins Saint-Denis-le-Thiboult, offering pretty views of the Normandy countryside and a very peaceful atmosphere. The paths alternate between shady undergrowth and open passages, pleasant in all seasons. The return to Ry is gentle, with a few slight climbs that pose no particular difficulty. An accessible, varied hike, ideal for enjoying the peace and quiet and rural heritage of the region.

Hike around Cottevrard through fields and copses in the plains of Dreule, Bucaille, Fief Toubert, Mont Joyet and La Buse.
In the Andelle Valley
An easy hike. Suitable in all weathers. However, best done when it is very hot as most of the route is shaded by vegetation.
From the Lyons Forest to the Andelle
After admiring Vascœuil Castle and its dovecote, the path will take you into the Lyons National Forest with some noticeable changes in elevation before descending to the village of Les Hogues via the Saint-Mathurin spring.
The return journey via Perruel follows the Andelle river, offering peaceful landscapes.
Eawy Forest Les Ventes Saint Rémy
Short hike in the heart of the Eawy forest.
This educational hike starts at the Jardin du Roi de Rome. It passes through the Chemin des Écoliers. This circuit allows you to discover around thirty different species of trees. We will also discover the Carcahoux.
The walk will take us to the Puits Merveilleux, and we will cross the Allée des Limousins.
Please note: the path between the (1) and (2) has practically disappeared, so you will have to go off-trail, but keep heading north.
On the sunken paths of Bully
This route through the countryside around Bully will give you a view of the Béthune Valley. You will take sunken paths through the undergrowth. The return journey will take you through the hamlet of Martincamp, passing in front of the Sainte-Marguerite Chapel.
Eawy Forest for young and old around Saint-Étienne Chapel
This is a short, easy route along beautiful forest roads, allowing you to discover all the facets of the Eawy Forest: beech trees, flora, trails, clearings, curiosities, woodcuts, wetlands and picnic areas. It is an ideal outing for a family walk, with parents, young children and elderly grandparents. A shorter version is also possible.
