Circular in Ry via Saint-Denis-le-Thiboult

Park in the spaces provided around the town hall.

(S/E) With your back to the town hall, turn left onto Grand'Rue, ignore the first crossroads and cross the bridge over the Crevon River. Start climbing the hill and ignore a turn-off to the left towards Buchy.

(1) At the bend, turn left onto Chemin de la Bouleautière. Take the first road on the left, Sente du Bel Évent. At the T-junction, turn right and continue along the uphill path until you reach the road, Chemin de la Bouleautière. Continue straight ahead until the first turn-off on the right.

(2) Turn right onto Route du Puits, ignoring a road on the left. Pass Château des Ventes on your left and, at the crossroads, continue straight ahead onto Route des Ventes. After 440 metres, look for a post with a yellow marker on your left.

(3) Take the sharp left turn into the woods, join a road at a place called Petites Ventes and follow it to the right until you reach a T-junction.

(4) Turn right onto Route des Houis, follow the road as it curves to the right and pass the houses in Houis.

(5) Continue along the path opposite, which enters the woods. Follow this path until you reach the road, Chemin de la Messe, near the cemetery.

(6) Turn left, then left again at the next street and you will come out on Route des Ventes.

(7) Cross it and continue straight ahead on Rue du Château. Cross the Crevon. At the end, ignore the road that branches off to the left and climb the small steep slope opposite, towards the woods. Cross the road and continue along the path, climbing opposite. Continue straight ahead until you reach the tarmac road, Route du Mont Écaché.

(8) Turn right at the T-junction and immediately turn onto the path on the right. Continue across the fields to the bottom of the slope, at the calvary. Turn left and you will arrive at a crossroads.

(9) Follow the D12 until you reach the Ferme du Bourg on the left.

(10) Turn in, turn right towards Place du Docteur Jouanne and you will come out onto Grand'Rue. Turn left and then right to reach the car park around the town hallS/E).
