This hike takes you up to the heights between the villages of Habsheim, Zimmersheim and Eschentzwiller to enjoy beautiful views, with short passages through the charming residential areas of these three villages.

The Riedweiher Pond, located near Galfingue, lies right in the middle of a small, very picturesque communal woodland. The walk takes you through the village and along the paths of this grove. As most of the paths are not signposted by the Club Vosgien, I recommend using the map in addition to the description.

The scene of the terrible battle of 19 August 1914, the Talrain Forest, situated "Auf dem Berg" (literally: On the Hill), which overlooks the villages of Emlingen and Wittersdorf, offers views of Altkirch and the Black Forest and will teach you more about the key figures in this battle via the Path of Remembrance, part of which this route follows.

The Rebberg district of Mulhouse is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Alsace. For the duration of your walk, forget that you’re right in the city centre as you wander through the various streets and alleyways of this impressive neighbourhood, which is striking both for its ever-present greenery and its many breathtaking mansions.

Rantzwiller, a small village in the Sundgau region, is a lovely place to live. The area around the village, particularly the hamlet of Heilhof, is well worth exploring and offers some lovely views.

Explore this area dotted with small ponds, a real green oasis right in the suburbs of Mulhouse!

A route inviting you to explore the two neighbouring villages of Seppois-le-Bas and Seppois-le-Haut. You will also enjoy sections through the forest, including the Gobenwald.

On the edge of the Petite Camargue Alsacienne is a quiet residential area that is part of the Saint-Louis conurbation: Neuweg. It is well worth a visit and, at the end of the walk, you will come to a small forest where you can learn more about water along a discovery trail.

Come and discover the Petite Camargue to get some fresh air and observe many species of birds and plants in a well-preserved area. Leaving from the pretty village of Rosenau, you'll find it hard to believe that you're only 4 kilometres away from the airport as the crow flies.

Set off to meet the storks of Cernay from the charming little village of Uffholtz, passing by numerous points of interest and beautiful views of the region. In good weather, you will also be able to see the Alps!

This route invites you to discover the village of Bernwiller and its surroundings, with a quick detour into the forest to sit for a moment in front of the small Notre-Dame de l'Unterholz Chapel and admire it.

This route starting from Bollwiller will allow you to discover the village and its surroundings. Starting from the castle, visit the village centre and then set off to explore the rural hillside with its breathtaking view of the Vosges mountains. On the way back, pass through Cité Sainte-Thérèse, a former mining town typical of the region.

Although located along the Rhine and close to Fessenheim, the villages of Balgau and Nambsheim are anything but industrial. Between farms and housing estates with their carefully tended gardens, you can sense a little bit of Sundgau, nestled between the Vosges and the Black Forest.

Leaving Habsheim, discover a panoramic view of the surrounding towns and villages as you climb higher! Finish with a short tour of the centre of Habsheim, then through charming residential areas.
