Vaucluse walks

A trek between Lagnes and Fontaine-de-Vaucluse on typical Provençal trails.

A loop that takes you to the hamlet of Seguins along the ridges of the Grand Luberon through Sivergues and Chastelas.

This hike on the southern slope of Mont Ventoux, narrow, wooded and always chilly, carved out by capricious waters, leads to a vast panoramic view.

The walk starts near Gordes (listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France) and passes through the Véroncle gorge to Murs and its castle.A very pleasant, energetic walk in the ravine of the Véroncle gorges, discovering the remains of old mills from different periods along the way.There are a few ladders and ropes, and an old sluice shaft that cannot be avoided.

A short loop to discover these two characteristic rock formations as well as Saint-Christophe's Chapel, which protects the site, taking a less conventional route.

A hike for everyone. You will find typical Mediterranean vegetation, protected flora and fauna. Equip yourself with good walking shoes and water. Respect nature and the silence (take your rubbish with you). Making fires, picking flowers and wild camping are strictly prohibited. Only follow the waymarking colours mentioned in the description.

A short family walk on the heights of Velleron to discover numerous dry-stone terraces in reasonably good condition.

A very easy walk. The first part up to the dam, very pleasant and shady. There's not shade on second part until you arrive, so wear hats in sunny weather.Numerous birds and in particular grey herons, cormorants, swans etc. are visible near the water and on the banks of the Rhone.

A forested circuit to reach the Saint-Hubert farm, then the second part of the route on the cliffs above the Nesque gorge.

Climbing the hill of Notre-Dame des Anges from the typical village of Mormoiron offers a magnificent view of the Giant of Provence (Mont Ventoux). The varied route includes an ascent that resembles a mid-range mountain. The asphalt descent on the return journey takes you back to the village of Mormoiron, facing the Ventoux, with all the villages at the foot of the Ventoux in view: Mormoiron, Flassan, Bedoin, Caromb, Villes sur Auzon, etc.

A beautiful circuit that starts in Malaucène, at the foot of the Ventoux, and takes you around the magnificent Château du Barroux.

A pleasant, looping circuit that makes for a pleasant visit to the hilltop village of Le Barroux.

The hike reveals all the nuances of ochre color in these ancient open-air quarries. You'll have to pay for parking lot.

From Cabrières-d'Avignon, this is a nice circle route leading to Fontaine-de-Vaucluse going along the Wall of the Plague (Mur de la Peste) and passing by Fontaine-de-Vaucluse castle.

Excellent walk with an amazing uphill trail to "Les Rochers de Baude" leading to the ridges of the "Luberon plateau"

Walk up Vaumale valley along a beautiful trail equipped with climbing aids and then come back down the wilder and less rocky Lioux valley.

Lovely hike without much difficulty. After climbing uphill for just under a kilometre, just enough time to reach an altitude of 700 m, where the the panoramic view of Lubéron with its lowlands and further below the valley behind Murs, opens up to you. Just for your enjoyment, this view will last for more than 4 km. The majority of the circular hike is through forest paths.
