Barbechat walks
Route from La Berrière to Barbechat
This fully signposted route runs between the banks of the Divatte, vineyards and hedgerows in the commune of Barbechat. It mainly follows unpaved paths and offers wide-open views of the landscape.
In terms of built heritage, the main point of interest is the Château de la Berrière.
The route starts from the car park at the Perthuis Churin leisure centre, which can be reached by following the signs for Landemont on the D207 from the village.

Oudon route via La Pilardière and the Hâvre valley
This is a very pretty route in the Oudonnaise countryside, featuring the Pilardière communal estate and the Hâvre valley. The route consists almost entirely of paths and trails, with very little tarmac. It is accessible in all weathers, except along the banks of the Hâvre during periods of high water. Many sections are tree-lined, making it particularly pleasant in hot weather. Depending on the season, you may be able to admire magnificent carpets of cyclamen at the foot of the trees on the Pilardière estate.

Between the Loire and the vineyards in Drain
Starting from the Beauregrêt campsite, walk close to the waterholes. These exceptionally rich environments reveal their different facets as the seasons change. The route takes you along the Nigaudière and Rompure ponds, where the waters of the Robinets stream slowly warm up before joining the Loire. The surrounding meadows, bordered by hedges of ash trees—mostly pollarded—are exceptionally well preserved.

This walk is a shorter version of the 18.7 km "Between the Loire and the vineyards" walk. You will cross Drain between hillsides, wooded paths, fields and vineyards. Take the time to observe the typical flora and fauna of each of these environments, as well as the unobstructed view of the Loire valleys as you cross the vineyards of Drain.

Le Loroux-Bottereau between Pont de Louen and the village
Starting at Pont de Louen on the banks of the Goulaine (and its marsh in winter), this route immediately climbs to the Butte de la Roche to overlook the area, with a panoramic view as far as Nantes. It then winds its way between vineyards and charming hamlets, with other panoramic views such as at the Moulin du Pé. Crossing the village of Loroux-Bottereau, it then makes a circular route back to the hill and the starting point.
