The Cirque de Bône
This path follows the edge of the Aveyron river and then goes around the Cirque de Bône. There are several viewpoints from which you can admire the Aveyron valley and the limestone cliffs.
Côte de "Ouf" and Cirque de Bône
This is a beautiful loop along the banks of the Aveyron River, reaching a surprising viewpoint over the Cirque de Bône.
The climb to the viewpoint is a tough one called the Côte de Ouf.
Numerous landscapes of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val and its river await hikers.
The return journey passes at the foot of Brousse through pretty woods and, in part, along the Aveyron once again.
Loop in Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val overlooking the Cirque de Nibousou
This is a loop that will take you up from the banks of the Aveyron to the Grotte de la Gourgue.
You will return via the Cirque de Nibouzou.

Around the Gourgue
Walk between the limestone plateau and the valley with old mossy box trees, views of the Roc d'Anglars, and the discovery of a cave and the Trou de la Gourgue with its turquoise blue water that supplies part of the village of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val.
The Cirque de Bône via the Côte de Ouf
This is a lovely, varied and undulating hike, partly along the banks of the Aveyron, offering superb views of the Cirque de Bône. To reach this viewpoint, you will have to climb the aptly named Côte de Ouf. From the plateau, you will overlook the river and the cirque before starting your return to the pretty village of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val.
Discover Saint-Symphorien
This lovely walk will take you along a variation ofthe GRP® trail that runs alongside the Ruisseau des Sietges (a tributary of the La Lère), the beautiful hamlets of Perrière (restored houses, stone walls, carved calvary and cazelle) and Saint-Symphorien (a former 15th-century priory, cemetery with dry stone enclosures, spring and restored stone basin). Part of the route is through woodland (magnificent boxwood paths) and the return journey is along quiet little roads on the limestone plateau.
La Côte Gelée and Pech d'Ablanc
A circuit around Caylus rich in heritage. An ancient Roman road, stone crosses, dolmens... and continuing 2-3 km at the end, a detour to the petrifying waterfall (not included in the route described below)

Bruniquel and Montricoux via Cabéou
A circuit from Bruniquel to Montricoux through the Aveyron valley, which will take you back via the heights overlooking the valley you have just crossed. Beautiful wild trails and a beautiful view of Bruniquel on the opposite side of the river.
Cazals - Belvédère du Cirque de Bône loop
This gentle hike takes you from the small village of Cazals to the Cirque de Bône viewpoint, overlooking the meander of the same name. The paths, often through woodland, lead you here and there to a few hamlets and beautiful dovecotes, some of which are unfortunately in a state of disrepair. The end of the route offers beautiful views of the Aveyron and the village of Brousses perched on its cliff.
Cirque de Nibousou in Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val
A loop on the heights of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val with a passage through the undergrowth, around the Cirque de Nibousou and on the plateau.

Autour de Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val et au-dessus des Gorges de l'Aveyron
This hike, starting from one of the most beautiful villages in France, Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, will also allow you to discover the Gorges de l'Aveyron. This 14 km loop will give you a beautiful view of the limestone plateaus between Rouergue and Quercy. You will also find a place of historical memory with the Maquis d'Ornano.
La Salle loop starting from Saint-Symphorien
This loop allows you to discover the Causse in all its different aspects: cultivated areas, wooded areas, dry stone walls bordering the plots and the crossing of hamlets with typical Quercy houses.
Ferrières - Les Abriols circuit
An easy and pleasant circuit through the Causse landscapes.
Moissac - Boudou - Moissac
The panoramic viewpoint at Boudou offers a slightly elevated view of the confluence of the Tarn and Garonne rivers, the poplar groves and the Saint-Nicolas lake.
Le Rocher Tremblant
Walk in the Bonnette valley between fields and forest with views of the Château de Cas and a strange rock formation known as Rocher Tremblant. You will pass two mills that have been converted into homes, a restored old church, a restored old bread oven and other small stone structures typical of our region (low walls, cazelles, etc.).
Bois des Mothes route
This is a hilly route, most of which is shaded by trees. At the highest point, you can enjoy a remarkable view of the Tarn plain and pass by the ruins of a medieval castle. The path at this point is thought to be a very old one that has been used since time immemorial.
At the lowest point, you will find some coolness as you pass by a large field of poplar trees and a reservoir used for watering crops.
Route starting from Aussac
The route alternates between hillsides, valleys, orchards, fields and woods, with panoramic views and typical local farms.

A hike mainly on paths, mostly shaded along the Aveyron river with a passage through the village of Bruniquel.
Autour d'Auvillar par le Moulin de Gâches
This hike is accessible to most people and follows aPR® marked in yellow and parts ofthe GR® 65 marked in white and red. All this around one of the most beautiful villages in France.
Walk around Montricoux
An easy walk through wooded and rural landscapes, allowing you to discover the medieval village of Montricoux as well as dovecotes, wash houses and sheepfolds on the edge of the Causse plateau.

An easy hike in a relatively wild setting. No major difficulties and a very well-marked route
You will pass through hillside lakes created for irrigation. Chestnut and oak forests.
Château de Cas in Espinas
In this beautiful region of Rouergue, near Saint-Antonin, Caylus and the Bonnette valley, we walk along paths and through valleys, passing mills, beautiful Rouergate buildings, chapels and wash houses.
The Dolmen Trail and the Englishman's Tomb
This route takes us above the countryside towards Saint-Maffre, south of Bruniquel. On a clear day, it is possible to see the Pyrenees mountain range. Towards the end of the route, you will discover Bruniquel from above.
Circular starting from Le Fau
Varied landscapes with few roads. Orchards, riverbanks, shaded paths and fields. There are many deer tracks, so be quiet and you're sure to see some.
Between Causse and Ségala
Hike through agricultural land, alternating between the stony paths of the Causse plateau to the west and the chestnut forests typical of the Ségala region to the south-east.
Remarkable rural heritage punctuates the trail: cazelles and garriottes, stone bread ovens, wash houses and Quercy houses with conical roofs.
This route is marked along its entire length: aPR®: yellow markings (namedPR®2on the wooden signs) which sometimes follows theGRP® route: red and yellow markings.
Route from Rossignol to L'Honor-de-Cos
Route linking Leribosc to Belpech, crossing several valleys alternating between woodland and orchards.
Caylus, Notre-Dame de Livron and Notre-Dame des Grâces
This hike allows you to discover a rich architectural heritage and beautiful landscapes near Caylus, in Tarn-et-Garonne. The return journey is on tarmac, as there is no alternative, but the road is pleasant and quiet, except for the last kilometre.

A peaceful walk in Savenès
This yellow-marked hike is not difficult. However, be careful when crossing the D6 road twice.
Circular route between Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val and Sainte-Sabine
Starting from the bridge over the Aveyron, this route offers a gentle climb up to the plateau, enjoying the shade of the Roc d'Anglars, then on to the village of Sainte-Sabine with its pretty houses. All that remains is to slip into the shade and head towards the plain to find the banks of the river and return to Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val.
Route from Chapelle d'Ax to Boudou
Boudou, a small, welcoming village, has always been on the Way of St James. With your back to the river, you will walk through the hills, navigating both the ridges and the valley floors. In the heart of this fruit-growing region, orchards and vineyards form vast geometric patterns. You will also discover small irrigation lakes, dovecotes and, above all, the Romanesque chapel of Saint-Pierre d'Ax (12th and 15th centuries). Leribosc-Fontanelles route
Circular route mainly through woodland, 70% of which is dirt track, alternating between descents and ascents through the valleys between Leribosc and Fontanelles. Suitable for walking or mountain biking.

Verfeil-sur-Seye - Former Abbey of Beaulieu-en-Rouergue
This countryside hike starts in the small village of Verfeil-sur-Seye and takes you through woods, shady valleys and plateaus to the former Cistercian abbey of Beaulieu-en-Rouergue, now a contemporary art centre, located in a truly green setting. This makes up for the short off-trail section, which requires attention, a good sense of direction and... strong legs.

Circular Combes loop starting from Saint-Symphorien
Walk between limestone plateaus and valleys, dry stone walls and a 17th-century dovecote in the hamlet of Racanière.
Black wood, white wood in Quercy
This hike combines two shortPR® trails published by the Quercy-Rouergue Community of Communes, linked by a road and aGRP® trail. Through oak woods, fields and meadows, the route offers typical examples of Quercy rural architecture: bolet houses, dovecotes, wash houses and old farms.
Clos of the Heaths - Aussac Circular Route
Hilly route on the slopes of L'Honor de Cos. Alternating ascents and descents. Predominantly undergrowth and beautiful landscapes.
Malpas Route
Here is a walk to stretch your legs... but that's not all! There are also some beautiful rewards!
At the highest point, there is a beautiful view of the plain and the Tarn, which stretches in graceful meanders between Lizac and Sainte-Livrade. There is also a bird's eye view of two buildings of respectable age. At the lowest point, on the way back, you can enjoy the coolness brought by the Tarn.
Going up the Aveyron river
A long circular route that follows the course of the Aveyron river via theGR®36and gently returns to Laguépie from the plateau dotted with hamlets and livestock farms.
Padié route
Walk starting from Belpech church offering different views of the valleys and hills planted with fruit trees or woods.

Jardin des Plantes and banks of the Tarn in Montauban
One of the few circular walks in Montauban, offering a chance to explore the banks of the Tarn, the lower town and, nearby, the Pont Vieux, the Ingres Museum and the historic town centre.
Bourret loop
This loop is recommended by the festival committee and allows you to discover the small village of Bourret. Once there, you can enjoy the facilities, such as the children's playground, football pitch and pétanque courts. There are a few sections on tarmac roads, but mainly on paths through fields.
The Mouillac waterway
This circular walk offers a wide variety of landscapes, alternating between open fields, wooded slopes and cool valleys. The route passes through former agricultural areas, downy oak woods, dry stone walls and typical Quercy region dwellings.
Circular route between Causse and the valley
Along the route, walkers pass through a wide variety of natural environments and landscapes. Intermittent watercourses: the bed of the Lère Morte, visible depending on the season. Former farming areas, evidence of an agricultural past linked in particular to hemp production. Riparian forest and wooded slopes: cool, shady areas dominated by mosses and undergrowth. Downy oak forests: stands adapted to stony, dry soils. Limestone cliffs: rock formations marking the relief of the causse. The route offers a succession of contrasting landscapes: fields, forest, open valley, cliffs, causse.
