Park in the car park near the post office in Bourret.
(S/E) Turn right towards the Garonne via the D928e and follow it to the old bridge.
(1) Continue straight along the path, go under the D928 bridge and then follow the river’s backwater.
(2) Climb steeply up the path on the left to rejoin a stony track leading to the D26 road.
(3) Follow the road to the right with care (heavy traffic) for about 350 m, then take the grassy path on the right after the house at a place called Bessiès. Continue along the edge of the woods until you reach the tarmac road at a place called Les Parreaux.
(4) At the junction, follow the tarmac road straight ahead, passing the cemetery on your left, and, after the left-hand bend, you will reach a crossroads at Route des Troys.
(5) Turn right and walk through the village of Cordes-Tolosanes to the church (viewpoint from the square on the right).
(6) Go round the church and head straight down the road. At the junction, continue along the road to the left.
(7) At the next junction, Route des Troys, turn right, cross the small bridge over the stream and head uphill, then turn left again at the three-way junction to take Rue du Château d'eau. Continue uphill, pass Crabouillets and arrive, level with the water tower, at the D26.
(8) Cross carefully and continue straight ahead. The road turns into a grassy track. Continue to the edge of the woods.
(9) Head left along the edge of the fields, keeping as close to the woods as possible so as not to damage the crops, and join the stony path that descends to the right towards the stream.
(10) Cross the Ruisseau du Cadours and head back up the path furthest to the left until you reach the tarmac road. Follow this road to the left. Reach the hamlet of Les Gabachoux, walk past the chapel and continue straight on until you reach the hamlet of La Campagne, ignoring the Impasse des Catuzats on your right.
(11) Turn right onto Route des Camps Grands and follow it straight on until you reach the D928. Cross carefully to reach the road opposite via a small detour. Continue straight on to the end of the road. It turns into a track and descends to join another tarmac road.
(12) Turn left, then take thefirst right to cross the Ruisseau de Tessonne and head up to the next junction at a place called Furgoles.
(13) Head left and follow the road down to the village. At the Stop sign at the village entrance, turn left, then left again. Cross the stream and head up to the church.
(14) Walk past the church and continue straight on to the Post Office and the starting car park (S/E).
