(S) Start from Place de la Halle in Auvillar and follow thePR® trail down towards the "Port" via Chemin du Peyrat and Rue Sainte-Catherine. Cross the D11 before the bridge and make a zigzag right-left turn to take a path towards the football pitch. There, turn left and climb a few steps to reach the Rd12.
(1) Cross and turn right for about 20 metres. Then turn left onto the road that climbs through the woods towards "Labraque", continue to the plateau and pass the hamlet of Baragnes.
(2) At the crossroads, turn left towards Castérus. Continue and, after crossing a road, follow the path opposite (yellow marker) to Moulin de Gâches.
(3) Turn left to join the D88 and follow it straight ahead for 2 km, ignoring the roads and paths on the right and left.
(4) At the entrance to the village of Auvillar, turn right to follow theGR®65(white and red markings) then descend into the valley through the woods. You will then arrive at a road (D11). Turn left and cross the bridge.
(5) Turn left and follow the road that runs alongside the A62 motorway.
(6) At the next junction, turn right then take the first road on the left to pass in front of Montalivet and join the D12.
(7) Cross the road, then take a path near the pumping station that bends to the left and leads into the woods to the Garonne.
(8) After about 500 metres, you will come to a Roman bridge.
(9) Cross it, go up the gravel path, then cross the D12 again and pass in front of the Oratory.
(10) Turn right onto Rue de Marchet, which joins Route de Castel. Turn left and then right onto Rue de l'Horloge to return to the starting point.
