Cadrès Castle from Saint-Aignan
This is an easy walk offering beautiful landscapes typical of the region, where you can enjoy the view of the castle as you leave the Bois de Cadrès. The return to the village offers a landscape that is a delight for the eyes. To top it all off, the route is very well marked with arrows, yellow lines and the number 4 where necessary, as this is route 4 of the four available from the village.
Auradou circular
A circular route from the church in Auradou to the plateau and wooded hills.
Circular Monbalen
A short circular route alternating between roads and paths between Monbalen-mairie and Monbalen-village. This route passes through the Caoulet valley to the north and Saint-Antoine de Ficalba to the west before reaching the old village of Monbalen to the south.
Circular Gavaudun via Saint-Avit
This route allows you to discover one of the least known fortified castles in Lot-et-Garonne, its fortified village and its green valley: Gavaudun. It passes through the hamlet of Laurenque and its elegant 12th-century church.
You will see the moving ruins of the Priory of Saint-Sardos and discover the legend associated with it.
Off the route, you can visit the village of Saint-Avit, home to the Bernard Palissy Museum (potter, enameller, painter, glass craftsman, writer and scholar).
Circular around Born
An easy hike starting from the village of Born. Beautiful landscapes as far as the eye can see and few roads. Plains and undergrowth. A ford at the start of the walk with the possibility of crossing without getting your feet wet.
"Munoz" art walk in Agen
From 26 June to 30 October 2025, cardboard artist Stéphane Munoz is exhibiting eight of his works in the centre of Agen. Here is a walk that allows you to discover this temporary exhibition and some historical curiosities of the city of prunes.
Biron circular
Majestic and imposing, Biron Castle perches on a hill, reigning supreme over the surrounding countryside. This landscape of hills, valleys, woods and fields where cows and horses graze is a haven of peace conducive to meditation.
Martignac route
The walk starts and ends in Puy-l'Évêque, but it passes through many wooded areas and also allows you to discover some natural sites and ancient buildings. A visit to the small church of Martignac, with its magnificent frescoes, is a highlight of the walk. The walk ends with a visit to the old town of Puy-l'Évêque, with views of the Lot. Ideal for a relaxing and gourmet break.

Al Tuc circuit from Bélaye
This circuit will introduce you to two of the prettiest villages in the Lot Valley and vineyards. These villages are also steeped in history and preserve visible reminders of their past.
Al Tuc de Bélaye
A pretty 12 km trail, almost entirely in the woods, which is pleasant in summer. There aren't many viewpoints, but this circuit allows you to discover the pretty village of Grézels and, once you reach Le Tuc, you can see the Lot river below.
In the woods north of Monpazier
A hike starting from the magnificent bastide town of Monpazier in the south of the Périgord Pourpre. Small paths and chestnut tree undergrowth. The walk is quite long, but the elevation gain is low. Enough to spend a very good afternoon (or morning).
Moulin de Pincanelle circular
Circular starting from Roquépine-Sainte-Radegonde via Saint-Léon d'Issigeac. Lots of countryside, a little forest. A ford to cross in winter. Birdsong. Perhaps a deer. Landscapes everywhere. A few small roads, with almost no cars. And then the ruins of the Moulin de Pincanelle after the Bois de Bayard.

A circular starting from Sainte-Radegonde in Roquepine via Saint-Léon-d'Issigeac. Lots of countryside, a few forests. A ford to cross in winter. Birdsong, a deer, landscapes everywhere. A few small roads, with almost no cars. And then the ruins of the Moulin de Pincanelle after the Bois de Bayard.

Route du petit patrimoine de Goujounac
Starting from the pretty medieval village of Goujounac, throughout this hike in the Bourian region you will discover the small local heritage: gariottes/cazelles, springs, wells, wash houses and fountains. A hilly area wooded with pine, chestnut and oak trees. You will discover the two hamlets of Touron and Fargou, which bear witness to a rich rural history. The working farm at Touron sells local duck products. To round off your hike, you can quench your thirst at the bar of the hostelry on the village square.
Autour d'Auvillar par le Moulin de Gâches
This hike is accessible to most people and follows aPR® marked in yellow and parts ofthe GR® 65 marked in white and red. All this around one of the most beautiful villages in France.
Circular Monmarvès
This circular starts from the car park in the village of Monmarvès in southern Dordogne. Right from the start, you will discover magnificent landscapes. You will pass through vineyards and discover the hamlet of Pecdorat with its old renovated houses. You will cross a wood and then descend towards the Retenue de la Nette reservoir. You will walk along the lake and then climb back up to the car park, passing by the ruins of an old mill.
Circular from Saint-Macaire to Lauzun
A circular loop starting from Saint-Macaire Church in the commune of Lauzun. Very pretty scenery from the church. The walk takes you along paths through fields, through a hamlet, past pastures and an orchard, and through undergrowth where you will pass close to a pidgeon hunting hut.
Moissac - Boudou - Moissac
The panoramic viewpoint at Boudou offers a slightly elevated view of the confluence of the Tarn and Garonne rivers, the poplar groves and the Saint-Nicolas lake.

A circular route for pedestrians, mountain bikes and Swincars, mainly following marked and maintained paths and a small, quiet road. Much of the route is through wooded areas, which are very pleasant in summer.
Circular route around Saint-Antoine
Circular route around Saint-Antoine, a stopover village on the Way of St James between Moissac and Lectoure, visited by 15,000 pilgrims each year.
Petite Gabare route in Issigeac
An easy route for pedestrians, mountain bikes and Swincars. Mainly paths and a few quiet roads. Interesting viewpoints in a natural, unspoilt environment. May be muddy in wet weather.
Circular Poujol from Issigeac
This route is easy with little elevation gain. It consists mainly of paths, often in wooded areas, with one section on a small, quiet road. In wet weather, it is advisable to wear good shoes. Note: the soil in Issigeac is very clayey and therefore sticks well when conditions are right!
A circular route starting from Les Arques.
Walk in the forest and along sunken paths typical of this region of north-western Lot, starting from the village of Les Arques. Very green landscape in summer, pretty undergrowth in a very wild environment (passing close to only three residences). Most of the walk is off paved roads, on local lanes. Some very pretty views.
This walk is marked on the IGN map and is signposted in yellow on the ground.
Viaduct Loop
A short, peaceful route through the beautiful landscape of the Dordogne. You will follow a river, pass under a viaduct and cross a forest full of wildlife – a real change of scenery.
Short circular around Saint-Avit-Sénieur
The village of Saint-Avit-Sénieur is built around an old abbey surrounded by rich land and beautiful chestnut groves. There are many hiking trails around the village. This walk is inspired by one of them, but is a little shorter. This means it can easily be done in half a day. The first part follows theGR® trail and takes you through undergrowth and meadows, while the second part mainly follows paved local roads.

A walk starting from Marminiac in the footsteps of the artist Roger Bissière and his son, Louttre B.
Bois des Mothes route
This is a hilly route, most of which is shaded by trees. At the highest point, you can enjoy a remarkable view of the Tarn plain and pass by the ruins of a medieval castle. The path at this point is thought to be a very old one that has been used since time immemorial.
At the lowest point, you will find some coolness as you pass by a large field of poplar trees and a reservoir used for watering crops.
Via Sempesserre from Sainte-Mère
This easy route alternates between roads and paths between two beautiful Gascon villages: the recently renovated village of Sainte-Mère with its Gascon castle, and the village of Sempesserre, with sweeping views of the rolling countryside typical of the Gers region.
Capeyrou circular
This short hike, starting from the village of Saint Aubin-de-Lanquais, takes you through vineyards, countryside and woods, allowing you to discover the landscapes of the southern Dordogne. This route takes few roads and is suitable for our four-legged friends. Bring boots for crossing a ford in winter.
Eybrous circular
A short hike along Lake Escourou before climbing up into the vineyards with magnificent views of the lake and the surrounding countryside.
Tour of Lake Escourou
Near the magnificent Bastide d'Eymet, enjoy a family walk along Lac de l'Escourou, where you can observe the region's flora and fauna. The small lake is equipped for bird watching. Children can answer the short quizzes scattered along the route.
Around Soumensac
A beautiful hike starting from the pretty village of Soumensac. From the car park, you will have a magnificent view of the typical Lot-et-Garonne countryside. You will cross the plain, undergrowth and vineyards. The view of the village of Soumensac from above on the way back is a feast for the eyes.
Pech Curet - Fontenille - Aurimont

Château de Bridoire at the start of Rouffignac-de-Sigoulès
A very pleasant circular walk through vineyards, woodland and plains. The walk starts at Rouffignac cemetery but can also start at the magnificent Château de Bridoire (15th and 16th centuries - visits, games for children, etc.). Crossing the Gardonnette ford is a little tricky.
