In the footsteps of the Roman ramparts of Tolosa
This very easy urban walk will take you to the 10 remains of the Roman ramparts of Toulouse fromthe 1st and 3rd centuries AD that are still visible today in public spaces. The duration of this walk will depend on how much time you spend observing the sites.
Through the parks and along the waterways of Toulouse
This is an easy walk, accessible to all, allowing you to discover Toulouse through its main parks while enjoying beautiful views along the banks of the Garonne.
Toulouse left bank: Jardins du Barry, Cartoucherie and Saint-Cyprien
Stroll along the left bank of Toulouse and discover the city's new developments on a former industrial site. Green spaces have been created to provide shade and coolness in summer. The route is safe and away from traffic. The walk continues towards the historic district and ends at Saint-Cyprien.
From Borderouge to Launaguet Town Hall
Walk between the terminus of line B at Borderouge and Launaguet Town Hall. This route links a recent neighbourhood of Toulouse, built from 2010 onwards, with a 19th-century château that houses the municipal services of the town of Launaguet. After crossing the Rocade Nord, the route passes along paths running alongside the Hers river and residential areas. A bridge leads into Aucamville through a landscaped natural area. The path then takes us to Launaguet, where we can visit the town hall and its park, which offers a remarkable view.
Circular Blagnac
Blagnac (Blanhac in Occitan) is a French commune located in Haute-Garonne in the Occitanie region.
The town is known for its airport, its aeronautical museums, its Odyssud theatre, and also for the Blagnacais, its large Ramiervc v park on the banks of the Garonne, where it is nice to meet up with friends and family for a picnic.
Pech David and the Gallic oppidum
Starting from the peaceful village of Pouvourville, this easy walk can be enjoyed in all seasons.
The signs are everywhere, guiding us along the tree-lined path to the Oppidum de Cluzet, where the first inhabitants of Toulouse lived in the Neolithic period.
From the Gallic oppidum, and all along the cliff-top path on the heights of Pech David, you can enjoy magnificent views of the Garonne River flowing through the Toulouse plain.

Comtesse Circular
Starting from the Comtesse dovecote, this walk on the outskirts of Toulouse allows you to discover some of the heritage sites of Ramonville and Auzeville, while following paths that are captivating for their plant and botanical diversity.
Ramonville-Saint-Agne circuit
The circuit includes a few short tarmac sections but also many paths, greenery and beautiful landscapes; a surprising circuit so close to Toulouse.

Saint-Genies-Bellevue stream circular
The countryside around Saint-Geniès-Bellevue, a few kilometres from Toulouse.
However, it is best to walk during dry weather, as some sections along the stream are very muddy.

Grand tour of the Lauragais hillsides from Castanet
A pleasant circular starting from the centre of Castanet-Tolosan, which partly follows the GR®653, the route from Arles to Compostela, and allows you to discover the peace and nature of the Lauragais hills. In good weather, the view of the Pyrenees from the Rebigue orientation table is magnificent. Beautiful views of the countryside and Toulouse at the end of the route.There is little tarmac outside the urban area at the start and finish.There is a variant (7) which shortens the hike by 3 km (10.5 km, 3 hours): see description in the Practical Information section
A challenging circuit on the outskirts of Toulouse.
Just outside Toulouse, this is a short, invigorating circuit. There is a bit of tarmac when crossing Castanet (1.3 km), but the rest is made up of paths and beautiful trails. The countryside is just a few kilometres from Toulouse. Avoid this circuit after heavy rain as some sections will be difficult to navigate.
Lamartine Lake
In a small corner near Toulouse is a lake where many birds live and where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Why not spend an afternoon discovering it?
Circular of the Thirteen Winds in Belberaud
This walk along both sides of the hillsides offers numerous views of the Lauragais countryside and the Hers plain. Visitors can see the typical local architecture, cultivated fields and stop for a few moments to discover the church of Belberaud and its Romanesque portal.
