Grainville-la-Teinturière walks

An 8-shaped circuit that allows you to choose all or part of the route. The first part leads along the Durdent river and the second part follows the Basses Eaux circuit, which is both leisurely and fun and can be enjoyed with young children.

This circular starting from Cany-Barville invites you to enjoy a nature getaway between land and water. The route leads to Lac de Caniel, a haven of calm and greenery, before returning to the village. The route takes us through villages and hamlets typical of the Pays de Caux. The end of the route passes through a place emblematic of local agricultural activity: the Fontaine-le-Dun sugar factory, where sugar is extracted from white sugar beet from September to December.

The destination of this hike is Cap Fagnet, at the top of the cliffs overlooking Fécamp, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view. This site can be reached via a country route that includes paved sections, as described here. It can also be reached via a very short circular route (1 km), also described as a variant. (Please note) Due to rockfalls, access to the viewpoint is prohibited (see message posted on 08/05/2023).

Veules-les-Roses is considered one of the most beautiful villages in France. Discover Veules through its picturesque streets, typical mills, beach, Norman cottages and white chalk cliffs. It is a must-see destination where Victor Hugo loved to stroll along the banks of the Veules.

This short hike takes you to discover the plains around Veules-les-Roses and, of course, the magnificent discovery trail of France's smallest river: the Veules.

A bucolic stroll along forest paths and local heritage sites.This route takes you along the old forest paths, which border the fields and connect the villages. It's the perfect opportunity to enjoy beautiful views of the Cauchoise countryside while discovering the rural heritage that punctuates the route.

This route consists mainly of paths along the edge of woods that wind their way past a few isolated houses. The Saint-Arnoult forest is less well known than its neighbour, the Trait-Maulévrier forest, but is well worth a visit.

The start of the walk allows you to discover the town hall of Mont-de-l'If, which was built from an old carousel from a neighbouring farm, and the church.
