Departure from the beach car park, on the Pont Rouge/Eperon side.
(S/E) Head to the Jean Corruble sea wall, facing the sea, and turn left (west). After 500 metres, turn left onto Rue du Capitaine Didier Duthoit. After 100 metres, follow the hairpin bend to the left (GR®21, red and white markings). Continue for 1 km until you reach the D271 stop sign (you will leave Chemin du Corps de Garde).
(1) Take Chemin du Calvaire opposite (to the left of the cross). Follow the path downhill until you reach the crossroads 250 m further on. Turn left; you are still on theGR®21. After 50 m, continue straight ahead (dead end), leaving Auberville-la-Manuel on your right. Stay on the main path, which is the GR®. After 2,400 metres, you will arrive at the D68. Take the path opposite for 500 metres
(2) At the crossroads after the water treatment plant, turn left. After 600 m, at the crossroads, turn left onto the road that climbs towards Hameau-de-l'Église.
(3) After 300 m, at the intersection, turn right and pass the cemetery. Continue for 800 m, crossing Hameau-de-l'Église. At the stop sign, take the road opposite and follow it for 750 m.
(4) At the end of Chemin du Clos, at the intersection with the D69, take the second left (after the cross). Follow Rue du Calvaire (leaving the D271 on your left). At the end of this street, turn right onto Rue de Bas. At the next crossroads, take the D69 on the left, exit Canouville. Continue for 300 m and take the road on the left before the water treatment plant.
(5) Continue for 300 m, then turn left and follow theGR®211for 3,000 m. At the end of Chemin des Bassins, you will arrive in Saint Gilles.
(6) Turn left. Continue for 300 m, leaving the V4 on your right (Paluel). At the stop sign at the junction with the D68, go straight ahead onto Chemin des Courses (Durdent nature trail). Follow theGR® for 2,500 m until you reach Veulettes, then turn right to return to the car park (S/E).
