Hamlets and countryside from Bourg-Beaudouin
This walk, through the fields and wooded countryside of the Eure, begins with the “Circular Butterfly Loop” recommended by the Eure Tourist Office. It continues along the small roads passing through the hamlets surrounding Bourg-Beaudouin.
This route is particularly recommended during periods of flooding as it deliberately avoids forest tracks and muddy, marshy paths.
Discovering Bonnemare Castle
A short hike in the Andelle Valley to discover its rich heritage. Two castles, an abbey and the remains of a spinning mill with striking architecture punctuate this route.
Pretty wooded paths, particularly the one that runs along the walls of Bonnemare Castle, and the rolling countryside as you leave Douville-sur-Andelle, add to the charm of this walk.
The Saint-Victor Footbridge over the Andelle
From Fleury-sur-Andelle, the walk through woods, fields and narrow village streets ends as you cross the Andelle via the Passerelle Saint-Victor.
The Lake of the Two Lovers
This route is suitable for all levels as the outward and return journeys follow the same route, so you can turn back at any time!
The starting point is near the Jonquemare pond in Neuville-Chant-d'Oisel. Passing through the Longboël forest, you will go through the Parc des Flotteaux, the Guinguette des Écluses, the dam and the Lac des Deux Amants.
The little paths of La Neuville
Starting from the Clos Démont housing estate, this 9 km hike will take you along various paths in La Neuville-Chant-d'Oisel. You can take a break at the pond on Rue Saint-Autin, in the Lotissement des Beaux Repaires park, or on the Promenade du Clos Démont. Along the way, you will also see the Château Jacques Anquetil. You can shorten this route at any time by taking Rue des Andelys towards the town hall.

Saint-Mathurin Circular
The town hall in the commune of Les Hogues offers a panoramic view over the Andelle valley as far as the outskirts of Rouen. The spring bearing its name, which flows at the foot of the town hall, is reputed to cure the mad and calm unbearable wives.
In the Crevon Valley, starting from Martainville Castle
A pleasant, easy route along small roads and country lanes. The rolling landscape of the Crevon unfolds as you reach the charming village of Ry, which owes its fame to Flaubert.
The start and finish point, deliberately set at the castle car park, offers the chance to enhance the walk with a stroll around the castle grounds to discover the gardens, the well, the bread oven, the dovecote, the shed housing the old tools, and so on...
From the Lyons Forest to the Andelle
After admiring Vascœuil Castle and its dovecote, the path will take you into the Lyons National Forest with some noticeable changes in elevation before descending to the village of Les Hogues via the Saint-Mathurin spring.
The return journey via Perruel follows the Andelle river, offering peaceful landscapes.

Finally, the return to the banks of the Seine takes you past splendid houses built from local stone and faces the chalk cliffs.
