Towards the Moulin pond

Park in Quévreville-la-Poterie in front of the town hall, on Grande Rue.

(S/E) At the Stop sign, turn left and continue until the first right.

(1) Turn right onto Rue de la Forge and follow it until you reach Grande Rue. Turn left onto Grande Rue and continue to the junction with the RD95, which you should cross, then continue for about 50 metres to the left. Then turn right, staying on Grande Rue.

(2) Turn left onto the first grassy path, which leads to a crossroads. Cross the road and follow the path opposite that runs alongside Rue des Cheneaux, then continue along this street.

(3) At the T-junction, take the second street on the left, Rue du Coteau Fleuri, then turn into the first small lane on the right, which becomes a path leading down into the woods. At the bottom of the slope, turn right and continue to the crossroads.

(4) Turn onto the path on the far left, pass under the high-voltage power line and ignore the adjacent paths to reach the RD6015. Cross over to take the path opposite which climbs and ends at a small lane.

(5) Turn right at the first new path, then, at the junction, continue along this path to the right until you reach a road opposite the wayside shrine. You can read two information boards about the site before turning left onto this road and following it for about 100 metres until you reach the first path on the right.

(6) When it joins the next path, take it to the right and then follow the first path on the left. This leads to a street which you follow downhill to the crossroads. Then turn right to join the RD95 and go past the bus shelter.

(7) Cross the RD95 (^GR® red and white markings) and continue along the lane opposite the blue sign for Côte Jore. Pass a sewage treatment plant on your right and continue along this lane, which winds its way slightly uphill.

(8) At the wayside shrine, turn left onto Rue des Canadiens, pass a pond on your left, then take the first street on the left, Sente aux Dames.
Stop following the^GR® markings here and turn onto the first path on the right, the Sentier du Clos Catelier; cross Rue d’Incarville and continue along this path opposite. At the crossroads, take the left-hand path which leads to Rue des Foumares. Follow it to the right, then immediately turn into the cul-de-sac on the left. At the end of it, just after the electricity substation, take the grassy path on the left, then follow the road to the right to rejoin a path.

(9) Turn right onto Chemin du Plessis, which joins Rue Les Fries on the left; follow this uphill. Leave it where it turns at a right angle, where there are two benches on the small grassy area on the left. Follow Rue Du Réservoir (formerly Rue De La Mare Du Moulin) to the right. Go up the grassy side lane that runs alongside the houses and reach Rue Les Fries, which you should take to the right until you reach the Mare du Moulin on your left.
Continue straight on towards the church, passing the town hall and the school.

(10) Turn right onto Rue Belette (which is not accessible to motor vehicles), continue to the end of the street and turn right onto Rue de l’Église.
At the crossroads, go straight ahead and continue, ignoring the street on the left, then turn at the right-hand corner and turn left. There is a pond on your left. Continue along this street for about fifty metres.

(11) Turn right onto Impasse Du Bois Bouclon and continue down the path through the woods until you reach elevation 110 at the first path on the left. Take this path on the left and follow it, ignoring all the side paths until you reach a crossroads where a blue sign is marked on a small green post on the left. Ignore the direction of the arrow.

(12) Then turn left and follow this path, which bends left about twenty metres further on. Continue until you reach a small road. Follow it to the right for a few metres and cross it to take the green space in front of the Thalès company. Pass a transformer on your right and continue to the entrance of Thalès.

(13) Cross the RD13 with care and follow Allée des Canadiens opposite towards the church; then, in front of it, turn left and continue to the pond.

(14) Turn left (the pond is on your right) and continue straight on along the Grande Rue.

(2) Continue straight ahead, cross the RD95 and first turn left then right to rejoin the Grande Rue until you reach the small roundabout.

(15) Turn right to reach the town hall car park (S/E).

Between (8) and (9), the path on the left leading to Rue des Foumares is not always maintained and may require you to take a detour via Route De Boos and Rue Les Fries
At the Moulin pond, just before the (10), there is a picnic table at the edge of the woods. To reach it, walk along the pond and head towards the path that leads into the woods.
