In Amfreville-sous-les-Monts, park in the car park on the right after passing the church.
(S/E) Cross the D20, take the steps and follow the path climbing to the left (GR®2). The climb is quite steep through the forest for about 600 m. On leaving the forest, continue along the path for about 100 metres to a junction at elevation 145).
(1) At the junction, turn left and head back into the forest, continuing along theGR®2.
(2) At the next junction, continue on theGR®2, which descends to the left.
(3) After descending into the forest, follow theGR®2to the right and begin to climb again. After 200m, continue on theGR®2to the left along the cliff face to the viewpoint.
(4) Turn right along the wall of the castle grounds, then follow theGR®2and the Route des Amants until you reach a path on the right.
(5) Leave theGR®2and take the path on the right into the forest. Cross the forest. At the three-way junction, continue along the path through the fields and arrive at the junction you passed on the way out.
(2) Continue straight ahead.
(1) Continue straight on to Le Plessis.
(6) In the hamlet, turn right onto the path leading downhill and join the road.
(7) Follow this winding road to the right to reach the car park (S/E).
