Stratford-upon-Avon Parkway to Wilmcote Railway Station, Rail Trails
This popular linear trail starts at Stratford-upon-Avon Parkway station, and follows the canal towpath to the village of Wilmcote and Mary Arden’s Farm. A gentle wander along the banks of the Stratford- upon-Avon canal as far as Wilmcote, Shakespeare’s mother’s family home.

This pleasant walk in Warwickshire starts in Compton Verney car Park, and takes a footpath through a wood before reaching the historic village of Combrook. Follows a scenic route past Compton pools and then around Compton Verney House past Home Farm. At the crossroads, go straight towards Lighthorne before returning to Compton Verney.
Hidcote Manor Gloustershire Circular to Mickleton Hill Farm
Lovely walk in north Gloustershire from Hidcote Manor via Kiftscote Gardens, then Monacks Way, past Mickleton Hill Farm and returning via Diamond Way through Hidcote Boyce and back to Hidcote Manor. Occasionally, roe deer can be seen.

On this trail you’ll discover some of Warwickshire’s most glorious countryside as you meander from the ancient village of Bearley. Recorded in the Domesday Book, Bearley has links with the Shakespeare family through Mary Arden, Shakespeare’s mother. Bearley is also home to the Bearley Vineyard whose wines can be purchased at village stores, local wine merchants and local National Trust properties
