Through remarkable beech forests, climb to the summit of the Kaiserstuhl to enjoy a splendid view of the Vosges and the Black Forest. Descend towards Lenzenberg, then through the vineyard to reach the remarkable Liliental arboretum.
Liliental via Neunlindenturm tower
This nice circular walk mostly goes through woodlands and vineyards. Along the way, enjoy many views, including one at the top of a nice little tower. During the spring season, it's a nice spot for wild garlic.
The Kaiserstuhl above Ihringen
Walk in the heart of the Kaiserstuhl. Small car park at the starting point. Walk with a few climbs through the vineyards, then after passing a pass, follow the ridge along a small forest before crossing it to come across a vineyard and its remarkable Mediterranean garden. Tasting possible. Return to the car park passing under the palm trees!
Totenkopf - Liliental
Loop on the southern slope of the Kaiserstuhl towards Liliental and its majestic trees.Can be extended to go around Liliental or climb Totenkopf, the highest point of the Kaiserstuhl.The circuit alternates between vineyards, viewpoints, forest and Liliental pastures.

Orchards and vineyards of Sasbach
This is an easy hike, best avoided in hot weather. The route passes through the many orchards around Sasbach, then the vineyards near Leiselheim and the giant chair (Stuhl) that marks a vineyard cru. The path mostly follows the yellow diamond markers.

Notschreipass - Titisee
This fourth stage will take you from Notschreipass to Titisee. The route follows the Westweg Schwartzwald. The highest point of the day is Feldberq, the highest peak in the Black Forest. You will enjoy panoramic views as far as Mont Blanc. In the evening, you can enjoy a walk along the lake in the pleasant spa resort of Titisee.
From Sélestat to Ribeauvillé via Haut-Koenigsbourg
Hiking trail from Sélestat station, easily accessible from many towns in Alsace, to Ribeauvillé, from where you can return to Sélestat station by bus.
The route offers magnificent views of the Vosges mountains from the outskirts of Sélestat, with Kintzheim Castle and Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle on your left, the village of Châtenois opposite you, and Ramstein and Ortenbourg castles above Scherwiller on your right.
You will pass through part of Châtenois before tackling the climb to Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, a major tourist attraction in Alsace. You will finally end your journey in the middle of the vineyards, between Bergheim, a charming fortified village in the foothills of the Vosges, and Ribeauvillé, your destination.

This is a great circular walk ground through the famous black forest where you will find great views of the German and French valleys.

The Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle
A beautiful circular hike from the wine route to Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle. Climb up through the beautiful valley of the mills. Loop around Haut-Koenigsbourg and return via Langenberg. Beautiful views of the Alsace plain and the Black Forest, with an orientation table.
The castle courtyard is free to visit. Don't hesitate to make a detour from (6) or (7).
At the foot of Haut Koenigsbourg from Saint-Hippolyte
This is a short hike through vineyards and woods at the foot of the majestic Haut Koenigsbourg castle. There are several points of interest along the route: the Rocher du Sanglier (Boar Rock), the Fontaine du Chevreuil (Deer Fountain), the 1791 boundary stone and the old medieval vineyard. There is a beautiful view from the orientation table.
It is not classified as "easy" because the descent through the old vineyard is quite steep.
The Hahnenberg from Châtenois and La Montagne des Singes
A circular hike starting from Châtenois, which takes us to the summit of Hahnenberg, where we can enjoy a beautiful view of the central Alsace plain.
The route continues around the Montagne des Singes animal park, then returns through the vineyards above Kintzheim.
Circular of castles starting from Scherwiller Town Hall
This lovely circular starting from Scherwiller Town Hall takes you to Ramstein and Ortenbourg castles, through vineyards and the beautiful Ortenberg forest. Stunning views over the Alsace plain, Haut Koenigsbourg and the Vosges mountains.
