Does the Rivière d'Argent (Silver River), which glitters beneath the canopy of trees, owe its name to its bright sparkle in the twilight, or is it the nuggets that have escaped from the old mine that give it such a luminous appearance? The walk, which follows the mine's supply channel and then the turbulent course of the river, may provide the answer. It appears that the route is no longer passable between points 4 and 6. In the heart of the Huelgoat Forest, this woodland setting hides a wealth of heritage treasures. The Mine Canal will take you to the old silver-lead mine and then on to the most iconic sites in this legendary forest.

Roc'h ar Feunteun, Roc'h Trédudon, Roc'h Trévézel, a line of jagged ridges. In the heart of the Armorique Regional Nature Park, the Monts d'Arrée rise up in a landscape of moors, heather and gorse. These landscapes give off a surprising impression, marked by unreality, mystery and authenticity, which we know well in inland Brittany.

Nestled in a green valley, this commune has all the charm of the mountain countryside, with its sunken lanes, hedgerows, streams and rugged terrain. The name of the commune comes from the name of the parish patron saint, Saint Rivoal, formerly Riwall, the name of a large family that emigrated from Brittany to Great Britain in the 5th and 6th centuries. Saint-Rivoal has been awarded the "Communes du Patrimoine Rural de Bretagne" (Communes of Rural Heritage in Brittany) label.

A varied route where you can discover aspects of the Breton countryside that have changed little over time. Cross moors and woods, pass through isolated hamlets to return to the lake and its landscaped surroundings.

Make your way gently along the the Aulne following the logging trail. Views over the lock keepers’ houses located on the other side. Passage through the Vieux-Bourg and its St-They church, the birthplace of the parish of Lothey until 1846.

With its rich church and parish enclosure, Pencran stretches across the hill south of Landerneau and then plunges down into green rural valleys. The first part of this trail leaves the village and passes through residential neighbourhoods facing Landerneau. It then joins the countryside, following paths through the woods and farm tracks. In addition to the parish enclosure, you will discover the bucolic atmosphere of a tree-lined canalised stream and the surprising Fontaine de la Vierge (Virgin's Fountain), set in a small, well-preserved sanctuary.

This route offers you an immersion in an area rich in heritage and varied landscapes, with superb panoramic views of the countryside of the Pays du Roi Morvan. Throughout this magnificent loop, you will pass through villages and hamlets. Don't hesitate to push open the doors of chapels and churches to discover architectural wonders. Among the must-see sights are the famous Statue of Liberty, the park and château of Tronjoly in Gourin, and the exceptional church of La Trinité-Langonnet (completely renovated in 2022). Take a relaxing break at the Pontigou lake. An ideal route for families.

Landévennec is well known for its new Saint-Guénolé Abbey, inaugurated in 1958, which attracts many worshippers, as well as for the ruins of the 10th-century Romanesque abbey church and its museum. The village is located at the confluence of the Aulne and Rivière du Faou rivers and offers a beautiful walk, best enjoyed at high tide.

Loop around Ménez-Hom, the last peak of the Montagnes Noires, via a country route on the east side before starting the climb to pass the two peaks of Le Yed (329 m) and Le Hielc'h (298 m). Wide panoramic view of the Aulne valley and its suspension bridge, the bottom of Brest harbour and the entire Bay of Douarnenez. Beautiful vegetation of low-lying heathland and flowering heather from June onwards. You can visit the imposing chapel (if open) and its enclosure with its 1544 calvary.

Discover the depths of Brest harbour via the Logonna-Daoulas coastal path. Please note: the coastal path between points 6 and 7 has collapsed (May 2025), so you will need to walk along the beach at low tide.

This trail passes through three communes: Plouzévédé, Trézilidé and Tréflaouénan and takes you through fields, woods and along streams.The route is signposted in Turquoise Blue and White. A 10 km circuit with a possible short cut down to 8 km.

Barnenez is best known for the cairn that dominates the headland and stands out in the landscape. It is also a peninsula that you can walk around. Whether you walk along the Anse de Térenez or the Morlaix River, at high or low tide, you will find yourself in a multifaceted place, with the majestic site of the entrance to the Morlaix River and its iconic monuments as a backdrop.

A charming little stroll on Callot Island in Northern Brittany. Pleasant beaches and a beautiful granite chapel, perched on a hill, enhance the walk. The island is home to a few houses, but above all a superb little chapel, visible from afar because it's perched on a hillock. The granite chapel is open to visitors. The walk is enhanced by beautiful beaches, as the northern part of the island is rather wild.

Hike to the summit of Ménez-Hom (330 m), the highest point of the Montagnes Noires in Brittany. Great views of Douarnenez Bay, the Crozon peninsula and the Aulne maritime. A mecca for model aircraft enthusiasts.

This pleasant loop will takeyou through villages rich in architectural heritage, with beautiful granite houses and unmissable sites such as chapels, churches, the Château de Tronjoly, Guiscriff railway station and, of course, the Statue of Liberty in Gourin. It also offers superb panoramic views, particularly along the D187 between Le Saint and Guiscriff.

The Breton heritage is rich in monuments and landscapes. This walk in the forest, which, when linked to another circuit, allows you to discover part of this rich heritage, includes old ironworks, manor houses, a castle and chapels.

Discover the Finistère region of Trégor and the Bay of Morlaix, protected by Vauban with the Château du Taureau. Discover that here too you are in oyster country. You will also see the Barnénez peninsula, famous for its spectacular cairns: stone tombs dating from the Neolithic period (around 4,000 BC).

A beautiful hike, much of it taking place along the seafront corniche. Along the way, you can add a visit to a Gallo-Roman site and take a refreshing dip!

After skirting the Odet and the reaching of the old mills, a beautiful loop takes us through the wooded area of Stang Luzigou. On the return journey, pass through the Kerho Arboretum. Discover the Saint-Corentin Chapel in the area known as Kreïker.

Coastal circuit overlooking the bay of Douarnenez, passing by the Kervijen reed beds.The best time to see the dune flowers is May-June. Warning : GR® prohibited between (S/E) and (1) since March 2021. Study in progress, but no information on site.Possible detour via the place called "Le Marrou" (mountain bike trail).

Hike along the GR®34 at the eastern entrance to Morlaix Bay. Not particularly difficult, but there are a few tricky descents and ascents. The trail passes by some magnificent properties and offers breathtaking views of Morlaix Bay. Best done in both directions, at different times of day and at different times of the tide.

From Perros to the pine forest, follow the customs path that winds through the heart of the Port du Diben and along the rugged coastline.

After wandering through the streets and alleys of Locronan, follow the paths through the bocage to return via the Bois du Névet.

The aim is to follow the course of the Saint-Éturien stream and then the Léguer river from Plouaret-Trégor station to Lannion station. Plan to return by train.

This route can be split into two complementary loops:- the first part follows the coastal path through the "Pointe de Tréfeuntec".- the second crosses the dune belt to reach the chapel "Chapelle Sainte-Anne La Palud".In both cases, beautiful views over the bay "Baie of Douarnenez".

The Odet River first rolls its cool waves through gently rolling hills, wooded countryside and long meadows.Then, suddenly, upstream from Quimper, it carves out a narrow, deep gorge and describes a surprising "hairpin bend" around the Griffonès cliff, creating a wild, winding ravine framed by woods, rocks and moors.It is this discovery that I invite you to explore.

Discover the remains of the Manor of Saint-Alouarn and the mill, via the Quimper-Douarnenez bike route and country roads.

With alternating fine white sandy beaches, rugged rocky coastlines and green landscapes, the island of Léon enjoys a microclimate where early potatoes are the main crop, grown in soil fertilised by seaweed.

From the valley where the Ruisseau du Ris flows, passing through the edge of the Bois de Nevet, this route, alternating between paths and small country roads, allows you to discover the small Chapelle Sainte-Brigitte, isolated in its green setting.A short stretch on the Voie Verte reminds you of the former railway line that operated from 1884 to 1988.

From the small village of Locquémeau, after discovering Pointe du Dourven, which marks the southern side of the Léguer estuary, you are invited to explore the inland countryside of the "Lokémaltèques" before returning down the customs officers' path to admire the cliffs of Trédrez and the magnificent panorama of the Trégor coast. This loop, suitable for all ages, invites you to discover the history and religious architecture of Le Faouët, with visits to the iconic Sainte-Barbe Chapel and Saint-Fiacre Chapel. A stop in the village allows you to stroll under the market halls and visit the museum, or simply enjoy a gourmet break in one of the shops or restaurants available.

This loop allows you to discover the varied heritage and landscapes of the communes of Le Faouët and Priziac. It is both pleasant and interesting, with many tourist attractions, such as the 16th-century market halls and the Faouët museum, the ecomuseum and the covered alleyway of Botquenven, and the courtroom in Priziac. Punctuated by magnificent panoramic views throughout the route, you will also discover religious heritage, including the famous St Fiacre chapel and its rood screen. An ideal route for an outing with family or friends.

After crossing the Port of Locquémeau and the Pointe de Séhar, the route follows part of the GR®34 towards the Trédrez cliffs. The return journey is via small country roads, offering views of beautiful traditional buildings.

Locquémeau is known for its seaside. This short circuit takes you on a journey of discovery through the hinterland, passing through the small village and its beautiful church. You will also discover a discreet covered alley at the top of a cairn.

After following the coastline, this route takes you up to a higher point to discover Pointe de Séhar and the port of Locquemeau via a section of the GR®34 trail. Beautiful views of Lannion Bay.

The GR®34 leads to the Dourven site, which has unfortunately been partially disfigured since Storm Ciaran in November 2023, but still retains its charm for its views. The coastal path passes near Saint-Quiriou or Kirio Beach and its fountain. The rest of the route follows small roads to the village of Locquémeau and its beautiful church. A refreshing walk through the woods and along the Léguer.

This easy, accessible loop takes you to the Abbaye Notre-Dame de Langonnet, a remarkable site in the Pays du Roi Morvan that is not to be missed, as well as two archaeological sites: the Tumulus and Motte Castrale de Kermain. You will also discover chapels, churches and fountains, as well as the courtroom in Priziac. At the end of the route, extend your walk with a relaxing break at the Lac du Bel Air in Priziac, where you can picnic, go paddleboarding, windsurfing or pedal boating, or simply enjoy the natural surroundings. There is also a well-equipped children's playground by the lake and at the Pontigou pond in Langonnet.

Before or after a refreshing dip in the sea at the large beach of Goas Lagorn, this is a very short loop with a slight elevation gain, exploring the old path once used by seaweed harvesters. Reed beds, ferns, pine undergrowth, sunken paths, rocky outcrops and superb views of the sea await you!

Downstream from Lannion, the Léguer is fed by several streams: the Porz al Lan, the Kerlouzouen and the Pontol. After following the Léguer, we invite you to explore these streams, which are part of the charm of this region. All that remains is to let your imagination take you back in time to when the various mills along the banks were still in operation, washing flax and hemp and, in some cases, grinding wheat.

This loop invites you to cycle through the heart of a landscape typical of central Brittany. As you ride along, you will pass through villages and hamlets, discover chapels, churches and fountains, and enjoy superb views of the surrounding countryside, with a magnificent shaded road running alongside the Scorff valley. Halfway up the hill, stop off at the medieval hamlet of Pont Callec, a must-see in the Pays du Roi Morvan! Your visit to Kernascléden will be an opportunity to enter the famous Notre-Dame de Kernascléden church with its flamboyant Gothic architecture, which houses one of the two danse macabre scenes in Brittany. Opposite, the Maison de la Chauve-Souris (Bat House) will tell you all about the world of this mysterious mammal. Designed to combine leisure and discovery, this loop proposed by the Roi Morvan Community is suitable for electric bikes (e-bikes) or hybrid bikes. An ideal circuit for lovers of cycling, natural heritage, architecture and history.
