The route starts on Rue Général de Gaulle, opposite the Hôtel du Lac.
(S/E) Head towards La Feuillée, following the lake and then the River Fao near the municipal campsite. Cross a wooden footbridge.
(1) Turn left onto the Route de l’ancienne piscine, then, at the left-hand bend, turn right onto a path.
(2) At the junction with a tarmac road, turn left. You’ll pass an old gorse millstone. Continue for about 500 m.
(3) Turn left onto a farm track to reach the village of Le Crann (Berrien).
(4) As you leave the track, rejoin the village lane on the left; then, at the next junction in the hamlet, turn left towards an old bread oven and carry on straight ahead, passing under a power line.
(5) Ignore a road on the right and, at the first junction, turn right onto a road that continues as a farm track. Carry on until you reach the junction with the GR® 37 – GR® de Pays des Monts d’Arrée.
(6) Turn right onto this path to reach the village of Goashalec.
(7) Turn left near the fountain and washhouse. Continue to the next junction, turn right and pass under a power line twice. Cross a stream via a footbridge and continue to the right, leaving the GR® 380-37 to reach a tarmac road.
(8) Turn left, then, after about 450 m, turn right to join the tarmac road leading to the village of Kervao a little further on. Follow it to the left.
(9) Turn right onto Rue des Ajoncs, then take a path into the woodland where you’ll find the remains of a former sanatorium built between the two world wars (private property). You’ll emerge onto Route des Carrières.
(10) Turn left, then cross the D14 and head straight ahead onto Rue de la Roche Tremblante, emerging onto Rue de Berrien at a Stop sign.
(11) Turn left towards the Moulin du Chaos and then walk along the lake to return to the car park where you started (S/E).
