Park in the car park of the church in Plounéour-Ménez.
(S/E) From the car park, climb the few steps to the church enclosure. Go through the porch of the enclosure and turn right near the bar-tobacconist-restaurant and pass in front of the town hall. At Rue de La Libération, turn left. Go through a roundabout and continue until you reach the traffic lights at the crossroads with Rue du Général Leclerc.
(1) Cross this intersection (caution: busy road). After 60 metres, take the small road on the right leading to the hamlet of Guirhoël.
(2) In Guirhoël, at the second bend, leave the small road and take the path on the right; this turns left quickly and leads to a gravel path further on. Take this on the right and follow it for 1.7 km.
(3) At the crossroads, take the left-hand road and follow it for 300 metres. After the small wood, leave the path that runs alongside the wood and turn right 20 metres further on, taking the path that climbs uphill and follow it.
(4) 600 m further on, it turns left; do the same and follow it for 750 m.
(5) At the crossroads of four paths, take the path on the right that descends, and 180 metres further on, turn right again. Cross the small stream and continue climbing for 1.5 kilometres.
(6) In a slight right-hand bend, near the ridge, take a barely visible path on the right at the top of the hairpin bend. This path leads you to the ridge line of the Monts d'Arrée. Follow it for 2.5 km, leaving Roc'h ar Feunteun on your left, to arrive at the D36 at the Col du Trédudon.
(7) At the pass, cross the D36 and take the path opposite leading to Roc'h Trédudon, with the television antenna in front of you. At this point, the path turns left and joins the D764 (caution: busy road).
(8) Cross the D764, keeping slightly to the right and taking the path that disappears into the vegetation to avoid following the D764 and crossing the Col du Trévézel roundabout.
(9) 700m further on, the path crosses the D785, which is also very busy (be careful!), take the path opposite which goes around a rocky outcrop on the right and arrives at Roc'h Trévézel. It is possible to climb this Roc'h on its southern slope to enjoy the view.
(10) As soon as you pass Roc'h Trévézel, take the path on the right that goes around it on the left, descending quite steeply. 350m further on, the path crosses the D764 again. Take the path opposite, heading towards the hamlet of Keradalan.
(11) When you reach a small road, turn left, then right onto a path 250 metres further on. Back on the small road, turn left and cross the hamlet of Keradalan.
(12) On leaving Keradalan, leave the small road at the hairpin bend on the left and take the farm track, also on the left. Follow it as it forms a U-bend and, after passing Kermazé on your left, you will come out onto the small road linking Keradalan to Plounéour-Ménez.
(13) At this road, turn left. Opposite the road leading to the hamlet of Quilliou Dour, take a path on the left that goes into the undergrowth and crosses the La Penzé stream. Back on the main road, leave it again 70 metres further on and take the path on the left, which is stony at first and climbs slightly. This path runs alongside the communal road leading to Plounéour-Ménez, which it joins 600 metres further on.
(14) At the intersection, opposite the cross, take the small road on the right leading to Moulin Manac'h. Follow it for 100 metres and turn left onto a path leading to the hamlet of Goasmelcun.
(15) Before leaving Goasmelcun, turn right onto a path and then left at the next fork.
(16) Leave the road that descends to the right and take the Sentier des Mémoires opposite. Follow it until you return to the village of Plounéour-Ménez.
(17) When you reach Rue de La Libération, turn left, then immediately right onto Rue du Duchel for 50 metres. Turn right between the houses to return to the car park where you started. (S/E)
