Go to the car park on Allée du Lac near Rue du Général De Gaulle in Huelgoat.
(S/E) With your back to the lake, turn left, heading north-east, and follow the shore to the bridge at the lake's outlet.
Continue opposite on the small path towards Entrée des Sites - la Roche Tremblante and continue straight ahead. Pass under large rocks and you will arrive at the Grotte du Diable on your left.
(1) Continue along the path, then turn left towards Route Pittoresque and go down the small steps. At the green sign, turn left towards Roche Tremblante and walk to it.
(2) In front of Roche Tremblante (whale-shaped rock), go around it, turn right, then take the path to the left of the crêperie, walk along it and you will reach Ménage de la Vierge.
(3) After admiring it, take the pontoon on the left, then immediately to the right. Continue along the hillside path for a while and you will arrive at Pont Rouge.
(4) After admiring it, and perhaps taking a break on one of the picnic benches, continue along the path until you reach the road. Follow it for about a hundred metres and take the path on the left towards the Mare aux Sangliers.
(5) At the fork, continue straight ahead and, after a few moments' walk, you will reach the Grotte d'Artus and the Menhir de la Mare aux Sangliers. Continue and then take the first right to quickly reach the Mare aux Sangliers.
(6) Once on the pontoon, the Mare aux Sangliers is opposite. Enjoy the spot, then turn around and walk back down to the fork after the Grotte d'Artus and the Menhir de la Mare aux Sangliers.
(5) Turn right towards Camp d'Artus. When the climb becomes gentler, you will reach the viewpoint on the right.
(7) Admire the landscape, then continue climbing. Shortly afterwards, you will reach a fork with a bench opposite.
(8) Continue straight ahead and you will reach Camp d'Artus at the top of the climb.
(9) Admire the site, then retrace your steps to the fork with the bench.
(8) Turn right towards Huelgoat. At the crossroads, turn right, then shortly afterwards turn left (Sentier du Louarn signpost) then turn right and descend to the route you have already taken and the pontoon.
(3) Cross the bridge and continue straight ahead along the rocky outcrops. Climb the small stairs you encountered on the way there and return to the lake and the car park (S/E).
