This route in the Baladavesnois collection allows you to discover numerous oratories. Each one is unique. Built in blue stone, witnesses to times gone by, they come in different shapes.This ride will take you into the heart of the rolling countryside of the Avesnois, with pollarded trees typical of the landscape of the Avesnois Regional Nature Park.

This rural route, through the Avesnois bocage, is cut in half by the Helpe Majeure river. Walkers will discover a unique architectural heritage: numerous oratories and a water mill dating back to the 12th century. The route follows pleasant country lanes and dirt tracks, with no difficulties.

First stage in discovering master glassmakers, breweries and cheese producers on a pleasant route through the bocage countryside. Take your time for visits and plan your stay over two days.

A superb 45 km hike combining nature and heritage. You will pass from the banks of the Sambre to the green countryside of the Avesnois. Take a deep breath of fresh air among the flora and fauna and typical landscapes of the Avesnois!

The route takes you on a journey of discovery to two bandstands and six water mills. Between the two valleys of the Helpe Mineure and the Helpe Majeure, you can admire the local architecture, where blue stone forms the basis of the buildings. This hilly route is suitable for experienced cycle tourists, while the shorter version is accessible to occasional cycle tourists.

This 50 km bike ride offers a bucolic immersion along the banks of the Sambre, starting from Bachant. You will reach Leval, then Saint-Rémy-du-Nord, crossing peaceful and green landscapes. The route takes you to the port of Hautmont, perfect for a friendly break by the water. An ideal loop for combining relaxation, nature and local flora and fauna.
