Circuit along the banks of the Erdre in Carquefou
This beautiful walk begins with a visit to Chantrerie Park and its remarkable trees. A short detour behind some more or less heavily built-up areas will take you to Étang Hervé and then Port Breton. The return journey will then take you along the Erdre.
From La Chézine to Le Cens via Bongarand
The tour of the commune of Sautron, starting from the Chézine Valley, will take you to the Cens Valley, via theGR®3and the Bongarand chapel (halfway along the route, ideal for a break). You will cross several fords.
Circular route for four parks in Saint-Herblain
This hike starts in a neighbourhood with tall buildings and takes you to Val de Chézine Park. A path along the Chézine river will take you to Gournerie Park, where you can see a castle and beautiful ponds. On the way back, you will follow the Chézine river again for a few kilometres. You will make a short detour via Parc des Quatre Vents and then reach Parc de la Bégraisière. The hike ends back at Parc du Val de Chézine.

Semi-urban hike along three rivers that wind through Stream: the Cens, the Gesvres and the Erdre. The crossing over the Beaujoire bridge may be uncomfortable for people who are afraid of heights or have vertigo (especially on the stairs).
Cens, Chézine, Erdre and Loire for a great discovery of Nantes
This large circular hike will allow you to discover Nantes by following four of its streams. The vast majority of this hike takes place in the woods, along the water's edge, and passes through several parks that are well known to Nantes residents. In the urban section, you will discover the city's historical treasures, its castle, its cathedral, and some of the most iconic sites of Nantes culture.
Vive Eve route
Set off to explore the "Nortais" bocage, between the canal and sunken lanes.
Along the way, discover the "La Tindière" lock, guest rooms and gourmet terrace.
Along the Stream-Brest canal, you will find a covered picnic table along the towpath. Boating is available from March to October, allowing you to watch the pleasure boats.
The Étang-Bernard trail in Saint-Étienne-de-Montluc
This is a lovely walk starting along the railway line and continuing through the countryside until you reach a marshy area near L'Étang-Bernard. The return journey is again along the railway line. You will enjoy a wide variety of paths and landscapes.
