A magnificent hike around a Burgundy wine-growing village in the south of Auxerre: Saint-Bris-le-Vineux. A 10.8 km circular route will take you past eight fountains among the vineyards. In the village, you can admire the 13th-century church and its Jesse tree, the 17th-century château and its Renaissance gate, as well as some beautiful vaulted cellars.

The hike starts from the estate car park, so you can enjoy a well-deserved tasting on your return.

This hike was created with the aim of finding the old aeronautical lighthouse in the woods, which was used for night flights by the Aéropostale in the 1930s! The route is fairly simple and fairly clear. You are sure to see horses and deer, and enjoy the panoramic views.

This hike is recommended by the municipality of Arcy-sur-Cure and Yonne Tourisme and has been certified by the Yonne departmental committee of the FFRP (French Federation of Hiking and Rambling).
