Villaudric walks
Between the rose and the orchid in Villaudric
A walk through the woods and vineyards of the Fronton AOP. The hike passes two iconic châteaux of the appellation: Château Caze (with its 18th-century wine storehouse) and Château la Colombière.
Depending on the season, you may also see two protected flowers: the French rose (Rosa Gallica) and the rare Serapias Cordiagera orchid.

Boulocaine walk
A short, brisk walk in the heart of the village of Bouloc. You will pass through remarkable woodland before climbing the Chemin de la Groule towards the sports complex, which includes a fitness trail through the forest.
A tour of the vineyards in Villematier
A touch of the countryside for a gentle, flat route through the fields, perfect for a leisurely stroll or a brisk walk. This route, which takes in a few quiet roads and sections of wide tracks, can be enjoyed in any season. As you complete the circular route, you’ll have plenty of time to discover a grape variety with real character: the Négrette.
Make the most of it and enjoy a taste in moderation.
A circular route through the hillsides to the south and west of Bouloc
The village of Bouloc is located north of Toulouse. For a walk or a jog in the Bouloc countryside, this route passes along the edge of fields, halfway up the hillside and through a few woods.
In the woods to the east and south of Bouloc
From the village of Bouloc, enjoy a short hike or jog.
The walk takes you along country lanes and through woods.
You will also pass through the village of Villeneuve-lès-Bouloc to the south of the route.

A route for walking, jogging or mountain biking. The route takes you through the Bouloc countryside, crossing woods and skirting fields and vineyards.
Circular route from Villemur-sur-Tarn to Bondigoux, via the hillsides
By taking this circular route, you will reach the plateau overlooking Villemur-sur-Tarn with beautiful views of the river, the town and its characteristic buildings before taking the ridge paths that will plunge you into the surrounding rolling countryside.
Filhols loop
A route for skipping merrily across streams and admiring the scenery from above!
Fed by the Garonne, the Tarn flows gently through the surrounding countryside. This long walk takes you along its banks, with hillsides offering exceptional views and shady valleys with discreet streams.
Due to bad weather, the route along the stream has been badly damaged after the (6) (after crossing the D29). However, it remains accessible if you take care.
The butterfly trail
Along the trail, you will follow rural paths and discover remarkable landscapes, cultivated plains and shady valleys. You will have an unobstructed view of the Girou plain and the hillsides.
You will be accompanied by numerous butterflies, and the diverse wildlife and flora along the trail will brighten up your hike, including a private park populated by deer.
Among the vines: heart-shaped serapias
A bucolic walk in the heart of the Fronton AOP. You will go from valley to valley through vineyards and forests. You will enjoy magnificent views of the Girou valley with the Pyrenees as a backdrop and a panoramic view of the Tarn valley from Rabastens to Montauban.
The circuit is marked by 13 scent markers featuring the aromas of Fronton wines. Can you recognise them all?
The vineyards and woods of Fabas
This easy, unchallenging countryside walk takes you through vineyards and woods along rural paths and quiet country lanes in the countryside around the small village of Fabas near Fronton.
From the banks of the Tarn to Varennes in a circular route
This is a pleasant walk in dry weather to keep fit. You can return along the road at a brisk pace if you wish.
From Péchabé to Riou d'Embouet
Crossing the historic centre of Castelnau d'Estrétefonds via the church, the château and the village houses, then climbing up to Péchabé, which is dedicated to the cause of plants. A bucolic walk through a landscape of valleys and hillsides with wide views over the village towards the plain.
The Filhols streams
A route that is 90% footpaths and a lovely walk where you can happily jump over streams and admire the scenery from above!
This route is part of the "Circular Tour of Filhols" route starting from Villemur, in a shorter version to make it accessible to families with children.
From valleys to hillsides from Bondigoux
Climb up to take in the view, give in to the call of the forest, descend into the valley and enjoy the silence.
This route has two variants for descending from the plateau, which form a circular loop within the circular loop for twice the fun!
The Garouille oaks
Through woods and high hills, this route offers several facets of this green hillside with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside before descending back down to the plain.
Before completing the circular, take a bucolic break in the shade of the three-hundred-year-old oak trees, which have been waiting for you for so long!
Different perspectives on the Garonne side canal
Starting from the village of Saint-Rustice, you cross the magnificent Pompignan communal wood and join the greenway along the Garonne side canal.
Be careful at the start as there is a short steep slope!
Fields and woods around Cépet
A country walk through the fields and woods around Cépet (31 ). There are a few short stretches on roads open to traffic, but this does not detract from the charm of this walk on the outskirts of Toulouse.

Magdelaine-sur-Tarn lake circular route
A key route through the fields that combines nature and heritage and allows you to join the Greenway to continue your exploration. An easy walk that ends at the edge of a small lake where you can relax. This circular loop takes you along mostly paved paths, keeping you dry in wet weather. Bring a hat on sunny days!
