Departure from the Place Bordes car park in Villaudric.
(S/E) Exit the car park on the Post Office side and turn right onto Rue de l'Ausonnelle for about 250 metres.
(1) Turn left into the street between numbers 45 and 47 Chemin de Courdis and, at thefirst bend, continue straight ahead on the path under the trees, following the fence to reach a housing estate.
(2) Continue straight ahead and take thefirst street on the left to reach a footpath on the right. Take this path and, at the end, go down Route de Gourdis.
(3) Turn left for about 50 metres, then take thefirstright onto Route de Bordeneuve. Pass the hamlet of Bordeneuve and, at the fork in the woods, take the left-hand path and follow it straight ahead until you reach an intersection.
(4) At the intersection, turn left, cross the Ruisseau de Saint-Jean stream and rejoin the road (D 63).
(5) Follow this road to the left, then quickly turn right onto Chemin de Leret. Further on, take Chemin d'Albaret on the left. After about 500 metres, the path turns left towards the woods (hunters' hut). Follow it to the road.
(6) Do not take the road but, just before you reach it, take the path that continues straight ahead. Turn left then right, cross the footbridge and follow the stream to the left until you reach a field. Continue across the field until you reach the Château La Colombière road.
(7) Go down to the left for a few metres until you reach Route de Vacquiers (D63d) and turn right onto this road.
After about 200 metres, turn left onto Chemin des Brouillous and, at the end, turn left then immediately right to join and cross Ruisseau de l'Orbi.
(8) Take the path on the right just after the ford and continue along it for a long way through the woods, following the stream more or less closely, until you reach Route de Tire Grave.
(9) Cross and continue along the path opposite. At thefirst bend, continue straight ahead and, after about 500 m, at the end of the path, turn left then right to reach the Ruisseau de l'Aigue.
(10) Do not cross the stream, but follow the path along its left bank to Route de Villematier (D14b) and follow it to the right to cross the bridge.
(11) In the bend after the bridge, take the path on the left that leads into the woods. Follow the abandoned route on the left and continue along the path until you reach the edge of the woods, Chemin de Petusou.
(12) Take the road to the left and, after about 300 metres, turn onto thefirst path on the right that enters the woods and follow it straight ahead.
(13) At the foot of the climb towards thefirst houses, continue along the path to the right which continues into the woods. Go around the field (abandoned vineyards) and, at the end of the path, descend to the right onto the stony path.
(14) When you arrive opposite the water treatment plant, continue to the left along Chemin de la Bourdette and join Route de la Matte. Follow it to the right, reach the village of Villaudric and your starting point to the left at the top of the hill at the Place Bordes car park in Villaudric (S/E).
