Circular Giesshübel starting from Sankt Ulrich
Cross beautiful pastures leading to the Gerstenhalm Pass and then on to Eduardshöhe for remarkable views of Horben before a short stop at the Giesshübel inn and its panoramic terrace. Return to St Ulrich, first along the ridges with views of the Belchen, then through the forest via the Kohlerhof inn.
Nonnenmattweiher Lake
This short and easy walk is ideal for a warm day as you walk around a nice lake where you can swim and have a snack. It is also a great spot to observe some wildlife early morning or at sunset. Keep it mind this is a popular area so it might be really busy when the sun is shining.

A wide circular route with varied landscapes around the village of Obereggenen along paths lined with cherry trees and vineyards, with a section through the forest to approach Schloss Bürgeln. Superb in spring when the cherry trees are in bloom.
