Notre-Dame-des-Bois loop
This hike, which crosses varied landscapes, offers beautiful views of the Ariège valley. It leads along a path through the woods to the Notre-Dame-des-Bois oratory, a reminder of the discovery of a wooden statue of the Virgin and Child, which can be seen in the church of Clermont-le-Fort.
The Ariège from bottom to top
A very varied hike, combining bucolic trails along the Ariège and aerial passages on the cliffs. Very little tarmac, lots of trails, beautiful views of the plains and the Pyrenees.
The hike ends with a visit to the charming village of Clermont-le-Fort.
Venerque - Clermont le Fort circular, off the beaten track
A walk with two faces: the first part is "aerial", on the right bank, from Vénerque to Clermont-le-Fort, with elevation changes and endless views, along paths that are rarely used (except by trail runners); the second part, on the left bank, is completely "easy-going", winding between the lake, riverbanks and peaceful neighbourhoods of Le Vernet.
The Saint-Martory Canal starting from Labastidette
Walk between Labastidette and Le Lherm. Pass through the fields between Sardelis Castle and the aerodrome, then walk quietly along the Saint-Martory Canal.
From Lagardelle to Beaumont off the beaten track
A circuit in the heart of nature, taking paths through fields, undergrowth and a little on tarmac in the village itself.
Route modified on 21/04/2023.
The banks of the Touch from Plaisance to Saint-Martin du Touch
This long walk along the Touch, between the river, lakes, woods and meadows, is very pleasant, varied, often shaded and well laid out. It can also be done by bike. And, of course, you can walk shorter sections.
Coteaux de l'Aouach
This is a pleasant route that winds along the slopes of the Aouach in Estantens, offering beautiful views of the valley.
The return journey is along a magnificent little path that winds through a stunning forest, alongside the Garonne, offering beautiful views of the river in places.
Pech David and the Gallic oppidum
Starting from the peaceful village of Pouvourville, this easy walk can be enjoyed in all seasons.

Île du Ramier via the footbridges from Empalot to Esquirol
This walk allows you to discover Île du Ramier, which is currently undergoing development work, via the two new footbridges.
