Vidauban golf course tower
This is a short tour that can be completed in an hour and allows you to recharge your batteries in nature. Starting from the Vidauban athletics stadium, after a few kilometres on a tarmac road, you will experience your first change of scenery with a ford that can be more or less difficult to cross depending on the season. Then you follow the golf course fence, first on a tarmac road and then, after a few hundred metres, on a very rough track, but the golf course offers magnificent views. Leaving the golf course, you enter the woods on small tracks, then cross another ford before reaching the Route du Plan de la Tour, after crossing another ford and the bridge over the Aille. The route ends by taking another grassy, shaded path.

The terrain varies greatly, from sand and pebbles to stones and tarmac, allowing you to catch your breath as you go. The highlights are the Route des Crêtes Marc Robert, which reveals Lac des Escarcets, a silvery lake in the middle of the green plain, and the descent of the Cinq Sedes, winding down to the village of Les Mayons with its many viewpoints. An unforgettable route!
