Geroldsauerwasserfälle
This circuit is best done at the end of May during the rhododendron flowering season. You can also see a series of small waterfalls. The hike is not difficult. It can be very busy on Saturdays and Sundays (especially on the first third)
A circular route in the Black Forest starting from Wolfschlucht.

Ruins of Ebersteinburg and Hohenbaden Castle in the Black Forest
A beautiful hike to discover the ruins of Ebersteinburg and Hohenbaden castles. Magnificent rocks (Batterfelsen) can also be found along the route. You can visit Hohenbaden Castle, which is well worth a detour, and enjoy a meal in its restaurant. There are also some beautiful viewpoints along the route.
From Fort-Louis along the Rhine
A lovely little hike starting from the beautiful village of Fort-Louis and continuing along the banks of the Rhine.
Panoramic views around Sasbachwalden
A very beautiful route in the hills above Sasbachwalden, passing through orchards, vineyards and a small forest. Superb scenery throughout the route.

Waterfalls, an old castle, imposing rocks, beautiful views of the Rhine plain, forests everywhere and, finally, vineyards and schnapsbrunnen. In October, there are also colours and chestnuts.
Kaltenbronn
Start from the Sarbacher Hotel in Kaltenbronn (Gernsbach). Several large car parks are available, so it's fairly easy to find a space. The car parks are connected by a tarmac footpath.
Ideal hike for a family outing. No steep or technical slopes.
There is a very long wooden pontoon leading to a well-preserved pond.
Pets are allowed along the entire route. The trail is well marked with the option to extend the route.
Mummelsee – Hornisgrinde – Ochsenstall – Unterstmatt – Dreifürstenstein
Hike to the highest peak in the northern Black Forest, the Hornisgrinde (1,164 m), which you climb twice, first from the south and then from the north. Superb panoramic view of the Rhine plain. You pass the TV transmitter with its impressive 206 m high transmission tower.
The route then passes through Ochsenstall, from where you reach the Unterstmatt ski resort. You return via another climb up the Hornisgrinde, then cross the peat bogs before passing the Dreifürstenstein.
Circular at Mummelsee and Hornisgrinde
A hike in the Black Forest mountains, culminating in the glacial lake of Mummelsee and, on a clear day, a breathtaking view from the summit of Hornisgrinde over the Rhine Valley, Strasbourg and the Vosges mountains.
Boucle de Seibelseckle par Hinterer Langenbach et Wildsee
Un circuit facile dans la forêt. Passage le long d'un torrent. Le clou est le lac d'origine glaciaire Wildsee, l'un des plus beau et plus sauvage de la Forêt Noire. Mühlenweg (Mill Trail) in Ottenhöffen im Schwarzwald
On this circuit around the village of Ottenhöffen, you will see five mills, a water-powered forge and... numerous self-service schnapps fountains (Schnappsbrunnen). You are asked to pay for what you consume by putting your money in the box provided. Various non-alcoholic drinks are also available.The route passes through low mountain meadows and forests.
Circular loop: Edelfrauengrab Wasserfälle and Karlsruher Grat
This route will take you from Ottenhöffen to Eichkopf, the Edelfrauengrab waterfalls, the Karlsruher Grat rocky ridge, the Scherzfelsen rock and back along the Acker river.
