A long and physically demanding hike, but the view from Mummelsee is well worth the effort. The route starts off gently at the bottom of the valley, then from the small lake (watch out for the aggressive swan!) the path becomes much steeper.
Return via an alternative route. If, once you reach Mummelsee, you feel you need to shorten the return journey, turn back – you’ll save 4 km.
