Circuit around Chateau de Fenelon
Pretty route starting through mixed woodland with frequent good views, then climbing to a stunning viewpoint over the Dordogne valley. Mostly fairly gently undulating, with one short but steep descent, and then a steep climb just before the best viewpoint. Mainly on well-marked and defined woodland paths with some bits on very quiet country lanes.
Ribeyrone path via Masclat Castle
This route, with its varied landscapes, will allow you to enjoy the bucolic setting of the Ribeyrone valley, the wooded solitude of Le Mal Perdu and, finally, the rural architecture of the authentic village of Masclat with its castle and wash houses.
Groléjac loop
After taking a quiet road and a forest path, you will admire the church, the castle and then the narrow streets of the old port. Following the Dordogne to the old railway bridge, the greenway takes you back to the starting point.
Carsac greenway, the Dordogne and the Montfort site
Walk first along a greenway (cycle and footpath) and return along the Dordogne and Château de Montfort before returning via the greenway.
