Parking is available at the bottom of the village (Place des Platanes - Chemin des Fontaines); the walk starts at the stone stele located on the D61 at the exit of the car park
(S/E). Take the road towards the village and the castle (the "Reynal de Pons" road) and, after about 60 metres, turn left onto Rue du Touron (follow the yellow markings), then veer slightly to the right to climb the hill via Rue du Tour. you will pass above the village following this castine path that winds through a pretty oak forest.
(1) Back on the tarmac road, descend slightly towards the village, then take the street that passes in front of the school and turn left onto Chemin de la Rivière.
(2) At the intersection with Chemin des Centurions (marked by a calvary), take this road and continue to the end, through the forest, climbing up the hillside along a pretty sunken path. Pass the top of the hill and descend until you reach a road (keeping to the right) which you follow to Campredon.
(3) Go back slightly to the left (don't forget to admire the view of the valley through the trees); after about 250 m, take a small path on the left (yellow markings) which takes you close to a beautiful private garden (which can be visited); just after the garden, turn right onto the Route de Cadiot. This will take you to Rue de l'École, where you turn left.
(4) After about 100 metres, turn right onto Routes des Charmilles. Follow this road, passing the highest point of this hike between two water tanks, and approach the village.
(5) At the intersection, continue straight on Rue Chapelle Saint-Jean, following the yellow markings, until the next intersection.
(6) Turn left to descend towards the village (note that the yellow markings indicate to continue straight ahead to complete an additional circular loop). After reaching Raynal de Pons Road and turning left, you will arrive at the stele that was the starting point of this hike (S/E).

On holiday in Périgord for thesecond time, we chose this hike and we were not disappointed. The tracking with the Visorando app is extremely effective, thank you.
