Loop between Neufchâtel-sur-Aisne and Brienne-sur-Aisne

This route is designed for nature lovers and those looking for a beautiful escape without any major difficulties. The terrain is very gentle, with little elevation gain, making it accessible to walkers of all levels. The atmosphere is calm, conducive to observing the local flora and fauna, but also to daydreaming. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of pilgrims by taking a section of the GR® 654, which corresponds to the famous Way of St James. You will also pass through the charming village of Brienne-sur-Aisne, where you can admire its church and local architecture.
In the forest between Mailly and Verzenay

This hike begins in the Champagne hills and gradually descends into the heart of the Montagne de Reims forest via some very pleasant trails. The end of the route descends from the forest plateau to finish on the old CBR (Chemin de la Banlieue Rémoise) with a lovely view of the village of Verzenay and its hillsides.
Les Faux de Verzy

Located in the Verzy national forest, the Faux de Verzy are well worth a visit! The twisted beech trees and a hollow oak tree will capture your attention. During your hike, you will feel as if you have stepped into the Forest of Brocéliande.
The Path of the Planets in Les Mesneux

Starting near the (future) new Mesneux school, discover the solar system and its planets - on a human scale - as you walk along the paths around the village, through fields and vineyards.

A balcony overlooking the Vesle

A varied route, mapped out by the Marne Tourist Board, takes you through a forest, sand pits, vineyards, fields and two villages. From a balcony offering views of the Vesle valley, you will pass the forts of Saint-Thierry and Chenay. These were built after the 1870 war to protect Reims.

From the Omont wash house to the La Horgne wash house
As part of the art event "Ma dernière chemise" (My Last Shirt) created by Sam Peeters (a resident of Omont), you are invited to walk or cycle from the Omont wash house to the La Horgne wash house. The wash houses will host a temporary exhibition of works of art. These country lanes in the heart of the Crêtes Préardennaises will give you a beautiful glimpse of the region, its forests, its hedgerows and its villages.
