Gouvy walks

This is a reposing walk between the fields and along small rivers. Recommend for people who love the country and nature.

A splendid walk along the Warche ridges, offering superb panoramic views of the region.The highlight is Reinhardstein Castle, magnificently renovated. At the beginning of the 1970s, it was a veritable ruin that we could never have imagined would be brought back to life in such a way! The first 2 kilometres of the walk are in the countryside. The rest is almost entirely woodland, passing the rocky spur known as 'Nez de Napoléon', the Robertville dam, the Kalbusch Mill (campsite and tavern open Thursday and Sunday) and the impressive Carrière de la Warche.

Here's a walk around the Vianden region. It's a circular route, so you'll be able to find a number of points of interest, as well as a semi-complete tour of the region! If you'd like to see where to take other trails, refer to the possibilities on the base maps!

Departing from Jehanster, the route takes in streets, country lanes and meadows.

Set off to explore Banibois, in the heart of the woods crossed by the stream of the same name. This walk will take you through hundred-year-old oak trees, majestic beech trees and spruce plantations. You will also enjoy vast meadows on the edge of the woods.
